We drove all the way from Maryland and it was so worth it. Goose was enrolled in the four week board and train program. I had done a lot of research on board and train programs, most of which consist of your dog hanging out in a kennel until his/her training sessions come up. Most of the time your dog is taken care of by associate trainers, etc but NOT at Alicia's. Goose was treated like one of her own dogs. He lived amongst her personal pack everyday and received training ALL DAY LONG (I experienced this first hand when I shadowed Alicia for four days at the end of Goose's training). Alicia's love and passion for dogs is shown through her work and the dogs she trains. Goose was an unconfident dog struggling with dog reactivity, but Alicia helped him become more confident and balanced to handle new situations. One of my favorite memories of returning to pick up Goose after his board and train was how much his and Alicia's relationship had grown. You could tell she had earned so much trust from Goose, it made me realize we had picked the right trainer! Did the training stop once we left Faithful Dog K9? Absolutely not. We train Goose daily and continue to build on the fantastic foundation Alicia laid for us. She doesn't just train dogs, she helps owners and handlers understand dogs and learn how to better communicate with them. My confidence in my abilities to handle my dog in new situations comes from the great experience I had first hand with Alicia. Since we are from Maryland I was worried about the "after" training and how follow ups would go. Alicia is only one phone call away, she's always willing to provide feedback and encouragement. Words cannot adequately…read moreexpress our appreciation to Melissa Howard and Dawg Dynasty for their outstanding and loving care of our dog Macie during the Christmas Holidays. The facility was immaculate and well equipped. The kennels were large with elevated pet beds and blankets. We were also allowed to bring Macie's bed to help her feel at home, as well as her favorite toys. The outside play area was securely fenced and offered a covered area for those reluctant to relieve themselves in the rain. There were also elevated beds for those guests wanting to enjoy the sun. Much to our (and other family member's) delight, pictures were regularly shared of our pup enjoying her Christmas vacation with "new friends". Santa even appeared on Christmas Eve and left each pup a stocking full of toys and treats. It's difficult to leave a furbaby anytime, but Dawg Dynasty treats their " four-legged guests" like beloved family members. Although this was our first stay, we cannot imagine boarding Macie at any other facility.

Our dog was quite nervous on arrival for grooming services but was at ease and happy when we came to pick him up. His nails are black and so hard to trim and avoid the quick so it's such a treat to find someone to help with his nails. Brooke used a grinder instead of clippers to ensure that she wouldn't nip him. 10/10 would highly recommend for grooming. We didn't use the boarding facilities but they were easily visible and were very nice and clean. They have lots of technology to view your fur-baby during boarding and if needed, I would certainly use them for boarding without hesitation.

She left coffee stains all over my kitchen counter, cabinets, floor, as well as the coffee table. There were toothpaste stains on the bathroom cabinet. My neighbor never really saw her or my dog and now I'm questioning if she got walks or anything other than the bare minimum of being kept alive. I found stains in my sheets and am not questioning if she slept in my bed instead of the guest room. ​​

We left our Lab with SAC for one week. One of the attendants noticed him coughing, a Vet called to…read moreadvise us, later said it was a false alarm. We picked him up several days later, we paid the bill, including the Vet's bill. Only to get him in our truck when he presented with a whooping cough. We called SAC and we were told to bring him back, we asked why would we do that. We proceeded to one of the 24 hour emergency vets in Cincinnati. No call from SAC Management, no apology or concern. NEVER AGAIN!

Everyone I spoke to was nice and comforting. It felt genuine and I don't believe I would have got that anywhere else. They went above and beyond for my best friend on his final day. I was always told they were to expensive but they were the cheapest I had called. Thank you guys again for actually caring about people and animals!
