Also I was told that I would receive a bill in the mail. Fast forward to March, one of my neighbors walks my bill down to my house with a "FINAL NOTICE" label on it. No phone calls. No emails. They had the wrong address so the previous bills were never received and I was going to be sent to collections for a mistake I DIDN'T MAKE! When I called in and attempted to speak about it with the staff, I was met with hostility by the billing department saying "we sent the statements, so you're responsible". When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they were busy and that owner doubled down on what I was told "it doesn't matter if you didn't receive the previous bills, you got this one so you're still responsible and the late fees will remain on your account". I wanted to give them a shot as a new vet, but never again after this experience. This all could have been avoided with a simple phone call or even an email. The only reason they get 2 stars are the clinicians, who I thought were attentive and great. Go to Tharp or Chillicothe Animal Clinic.

I called my normal vet that I use for my dog and they didn't even seem to care and said they weren't taking any new animals and didn't even have any suggestion on where else I should go and hung up... I was a mess crying and so worried about this cat I didn't know if she was hurt internally or what bc she wouldn't even come out from hiding. So I called around to numerousssss vets and none had any openings soon or we're not accepting new animals.... EXCEPT HERE. They had a full schedule and stillll worked her in and tried to calm me down and they were honest to god angels. And prices very fair. Thennnnn I am watching a puppy til my sister can come get her & the puppy has a umbilical hernia and so I wanted to get her in to the vet asap and againnn they fit her in within a weeks time AND then prior to her appt she had a little blood in her stool so I called panicked seeing if they could squeeze her in sooner and they did! THAT DAY. Even with a packed schedule. And the vet took plenty of time with us explaining, answering any questions I had, etc and same with the vet techs. They genuinely care & want to help these precious animals. I'll never take a pet any where else. Thank you guys!
