I gave this a one star rating because I had to, to continue. This is the worst limo service We have ever used. Upon arrival in Toronto from Jamaica we called our driver to say we would be late. One of my family had an emergency medical situation on the plane and the paramedics were looking after him. They did not even have a scheduled pick up for us. Can you imagine coming out of the airport after a medical emergency to find you have no ride home and are from another city. They tried to blame this on us telling us we did not send a pick up time. Then the driver tried to get another $15.00 out of us on the ride back to Kitchener, saying we had to pay the airport fee. We actually had to argue with someone from their office on the way home in regards to both of these issues. Good thing we had our copy of the emails. We then proceeded to sit for one & hour hours with Luggage on our laps and at out feet. They assured us we would have ample room for 5 people. OMG what a joke. Really disappointed with the service. Called around to many places to find someone who has a car seat and settled on this place as the phone service was very helpful. So the car comes to pick up, I put the luggage in trunk and ask, you have a car seat right? They said yes. Then I go back in house try ferry more and on my way out, the driver comes to say sorry, he does not have a car seat. Apparently he only has the base. I'm like, you just said you had it. So what am I supposed to do needing to get to the airport, in a car with a car seat. Not longer I can just grab a taxi at any time! He offered to come back with one, but who knows how long I had to wait and I had a plane to catch! They surely left me in a difficult position with little options. read more

Booking was a breeze but when you order an Escalade and an Econovan shows up, that's bush league. No explanation. I even had to install on of the child seats that I ordered. Driver didn't know if we asked for a booster instead. Well considering there was no booster in the van, that would also be a problem. Driver was safe but was 5-7 min late. Claimed to care about carseat safety, they even have a page on their site dedicated to it. They brought a party bus to pick us up along with a couple carseats that appeared to be expired, including an infant seat that laid the child down completely flat on their back. The bus didn't have LATCH or LUAS mounting points. The seatbelts didn't lock so the carseats could easily wiggle and loosen the seatbelt. The driver seemed to consider this situation to be acceptable. I didn't. Cancelled remaining trip with them to have a friend drive us instead. read more

Do not use this service I booked for 10 people, 10 luggage, 10 Carry on. I had 8 adults, 2: 8 year old's, 8 Luggage and 8 carry on. They sent a Econoline Ford Van that seats 10 but luggage had to be piled around us and carry on in our laps. This was not comfortable transportation from Barrie to the Airport I also had a hard time finding the driver on our return as he didn't call me it was midnight in Toronto and luckily the office answered my call and I still had to call them back 3 times to get his location killed about 20 minutes waiting with tired family members for this to work out. After the trip down in the van I call the office and asked for a larger vehicle for the pick up to which they agreed to but sent the same Ford Econoline. On the road the driver could not hold his lane and kept drifting across lanes on the 400 HWY we tried talking to him to keep him awake but this was difficult due to a language barrier. The office people are friendly and did communicate quickly but the end result was we didn't get what was promised and will never use this service again. From reading the other reviews I think they only have the Ford Econoline and no matter what you ask for that's what's coming. read more

I use airport limousines over taxis because of the reliability of the scheduled pick-up. I have never had a problem in over 30 years of business and personal travel. I liked that they quoted rates on their website and provided email confirmation of pick-up times, however when I received my email confirmation the rate did not match their website. On the morning of the pickup no one arrived. I waited 15 minutes and called. It seemed like I was getting someone out of bed. When I explained that no one showed to pick me up they said they would call the driver and then call me right back. He did not call back. No one arrived. After 30 minutes in desperation I called a local taxi that showed up in 10 minutes and saved my trip. On the way to the airport I continued to call Pearson Airport Limousine to see what happened but no one answered the phone. As I was checking in to the airline someone finally picks up. I explain that no one arrived at my email confirmed address and pickup and asked what happened. They responded "so why are you calling us if it is an hour past your pick-up?" In 30 years of business and personal travel I have never had a limo not show up. Scheduled pick-up is the only reason I use airport limos versus relying on a taxi to be available. Pearson Airport Limousine is the most unreliable and unprofessional service I have ever encountered. They left me stranded, risked my trip, never apologized, and was rude when I asked why no one arrived or called. BEWARE. IF you want a professional limo service, keep looking. I booked a limo for a 3:45 am pick up. The good limo companies show up 5-10 minutes early at least and are waiting patiently for you to come out so I was surprised when at 3:45 there was no sign. We called Pearson Airport Limo and asked where our driver was. He said he would check and call us back. We asked if he had our number to call back and he said he did so we asked him to confirm it. He got the wrong number twice , not even close and then just put us on hold, came back after a few minutes and said "my drivers car broke down" and would be about 20 minutes. We asked why we weren't called to let us know and he could not give us an explanation and was genuinely getting mad at us for being upset. I understand these things happen, cars break down (although he changed his story to the car now had a flat) but a professional company would have either dispatched another limo and given us seamless service or worst case, call us immediately with an update and options. As a result we cancelled the car and had to drive to the airport on our own and pay for parking right at the airport. Thanks Pearson Airport Limousine. What a rip-off! We called these people for a pickup at Pearson Airport SPECIFICALLY because of their ad that they could provide proper infant car seats. We requested rear-facing. The driver shows up with a broken booster seat. The manufacturing sticker was 1988 !! Hello! Are you kidding? We refused to travel with this seat. The driver told us that he had others available"close by". We reluctantly got into the car holding our infant on our lap. He proceeded to drive on the highway TO HIS HOUSE!!! We were shown a selection of car seats, all garbage and outdated. We had little choice but to choose a forward facing out of date model that had a length of cut-off tangled seat belt attached that had no relation to the car seat. Found in an alley perhaps? A garage sale? This was so immensely unprofessional that words fail me! Completely outrageous! We were told the fee for this "service" would be $75 plus tip!!! Who says that? Such a terrible experience! It was similar to airport rip-offs I have experienced in third world countries. read more

Update: I spoke to a receptionist about the double charge. The receptionist was very polite, and reversed the charge to my credit card. I still believe I shouldn't have paid anything, after their driver tricked me into riding with him -- and then tricked me into paying him twice! Also, someone from the company contacted Yelp to try to have my review censored. I'm upgrading my review from one star to two, because of the polite & helpful receptionist. read more

I bought a buytopia voucher. I called to book a limo 2 weeks prior to my limo pick up date. they said to email at 48hr prior. I attempted to contact Pearson Airport Limousine customer service before posting this. It has been week and if I have not heard from them by now either will you if you have a problem. I pre-ordered and received confirmation for a "LUXURY SUV SUBURBAN/ESCALADE" with car seat for a 3am airport pickup for 4 adults and infant. To my surprise the company sent a party limo bus (my husband noted that the wine glasses were dirty and had obliviously been used that night). The driver was extremely pleasant and when I said that is not what I ordered he explained that we were upgraded free of charge. If I was going out for a night on the town I would have been excited however that was not the case and I was thoroughly embarrassed when my guests asked why I would order a party bus to transport my 10 month old home in. If it had not been 3 am I would have refused service, taken a cab and disputed the charge with my credit card (probably losing because I agreed that the company required notice to change and cancel a service...too bad same doesn't go for them). Save yourself the hassle and use another car/limo service. Pearson Airport Limousine website looks professional but obviously the service isn't. I pre-ordered a specific type of vehicle and it appears they sent whatever was convenient for them. This company is one that clearly needs to be avoided by people in serious need of transport. On the pickup from Toronto International Airport, I had the ultimate hustler charging toll fees, etc which I paid along with a tip without complaint as per the drivers demands. When I needed to return home, the car failed to show up at the appointed time after getting a confirmation on price and pick up time the night before. The next morning, I had to call in to see where the car was only to be put on hold endlessly. I had to hang up and call back to try and get an answer about what was going on. I was then told their car was in an "accident" evidently meaning they only have one car in the early morning hours to service the needs of their customers(which is baffling to say the least). They finally called a taxi cab company with a meter to pick me up that was also confusing because I actually thought it was another one of their cars but the driver informed me he had nothing to do with the company and I should avoid using them in the future. I barely made my flight because of the Saturday morning long lines through customs for an international flight because of the car delays. They have your number to text or call if there is something going on with the pickup but they didn't even bother then it was a continual hassle to get in touch with them to find out what was going on while burning the clock and the time I needed to get to the airport. I am sure they have some nonsense excuse they will try to sell to the consumer here about how this is a one time thing but this company reeks of bullshit. Problems happen but a professional knows how to handle any emergency situation with courtesy and respect especially when dealing with time constraints. There was no professionalism here whatsoever. Hopefully, UBER or other responsible companies will run this company clean out of business. Please make sure if you use this company that you call in prior to the pick up to double-check on the status of the car because they don't care about their on time service or professionalism. I am not from Toronto and was flying in from the US. Even though I was just visiting my advice to anyone coming from out of town would be to check with other companies in terms of reliability or leave yourself an extreme amount of head time for possible delays that can make your transport and travel day stressful. read more
