When Mr Kay came back out he stated it was not his fault, but the door manufacturer. He had brought a door sweep with him, and installed it. He needed to use my caulking again, as he had when he initially installed door, and also didn't have air for his pneumatic nailer when he came the first trip. He proceeded to charge me another $50.00 for the door sweep and his trip back out to fix problem. Evidently he doesn't provide any type of guarantee on his work. I should have charged him for my caulking I provided!
