I have gone to Faye for every occasion like birthdays and Valentine's Day since. Her flowers are truly worth every penny, not only do they last extremely long but you can always expect large beautiful flowers from her. (he said he ordered these several days in advance and he couldn't get what he wanted "pink and white lilies with roses from any floral shop in town). I feel like if I was a florist and I didn't have exactly what he wanted, I would've at least given him several or a few suggestions over the phone to help him decide what to order or offer him some colorful fillers to put in the arrangement to make it dare I say "not look like it could possibly be a funeral home arrangement too!" (Please forgive me). I feel like a colorful bow even as simple as that would've made it say "yes I most definitely am a Valentine's Day bouquet!" Even called them the day of to confirm location because the actual address and the building my lady works in doesn't seem to line up quite right. Gave them a picture of the outside of the build to make it easy to spot. They were very courteous and accommodating. The flowers were not exactly the same as on the website but that was to be expected and is noted on the site based on season and supply but the arrangement still looked good and I was happy with it but more importantly my lady was happy with them and very surprised.
