The place was clean and they sanitize the chairs after each use. Nancy was the one who helped me, she was friendly and you could tell she enjoyed her work. The WORST! Apparently they use cuticle trimmers to trim nails!!? Then cuticle trimmer was so dull it wouldn't cut the cuticle so he had to grip The cuticle skin and pull up tearing it! My toes are already killing me. He also trimmed my toenail on the side so badly I'm afraid I'm going to get an ingrown toe nail. Completely unprepared he had to keep getting up and going to get different supplies. They are also very bad about asking you over and over again what you want if you don't want the high priced manicure or pedicure. They do this loudly in front of everybody almost shaming you for not getting a better package I freaking hate that !! I will get what I damn well want. Also I found out after the fact the same nail and cuticle trimming problem happened to my niece. read more

4/6/23 Thursday around 4:30-5pm. We're here from out of town visiting family for the Easter weekend. To preface, I'm an amputee. I only have one leg. I was charged $60 for a pedicure. When I objected initially, they offered $5 off. Still dissatisfied with this "discount", they offered $10 off. Finally, I was given $15 off. If the service for TWO feet is $60 total, then wouldn't the service for ONE foot cost $30???? They still wanted to charge me $50. To further explain the charge, I got the "Deluxe" pedicure which costs $45, plus shelac is an extra $15 putting the total at $60. Anyway, most of you reading this probably have two feet and don't think this problem will affect your decision to choose this place, but I feel like their treatment towards me says a lot about them as a business. And regardless of whether you have 2 feet or 1 I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their human decency should've preceded their greed and anyone that conducts business this way shouldn't be trusted in the service industry. read more

Worst place ever they're just money hungry they keep getting people even though they don't have enough staff I went to get a pedicure and the wait was about 30 mins which is not that bad but then when it was my turn to go sit the lady that called me had another lady in a room maybe doing lashes or wax not sure but anyways she told me to sit and the chair that I was supposed to sit wasn't even working then the place where I was supposed to out my feet in was half way full with white nasty stuff in it so I sat on another o e well she supposedly set it up and turned on the water then went back to the other room where she had that other customer the the water where I had my feet in overflow and there was water everywhere on the floor I told another staff and she came and turned it off by this time it was late water was bad then the other lady didn't even come out the room she just yelled out that she had forgot about it, I guess she was trying to multitask but she ain't good at it. No apology or nothing I honestly just left without getting any service because who knows how long I would have waited there anyways and with them forgetting what they're doing, NO THANK YOU! read more

The manager was nice when she was not playing games on her phone. She would play the game in the middle of filling my nails. The desks and workstations were very dirty and I am not confident in their sanitation practices as neither myself or my mom had a new file used. They rushed through both our services and we both have nails that are uneven. I won't be going back due to the unprofessional manager and the dirty tools and workstations. read more

I went here on 10/31 and got clear dip with gel on top. The lady who did my nails rushed through the entire service. I asked for a manicure and and really just got a polish change. My nails are lumpy, not the same length, different shapes, and not even straight. My thumb on my right hand chipped 6 hours after getting them done because the gel wasn't cured all the way. After the lady was done with my nails she went to put lotion and cuticle oil on my hands and forearms after spreading it all over for about 5 seconds told me to wash it off. This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails and still got charged $45 for a manicure I never even got. read more
