She was extremely rude and rough. She pulled and threw my hands around. I was getting acrylic nails removed, a "good" mani, and shellac to finish. She took the nail grinder and was so rough and all over my fibers. Literally cutting my finger twice. Then grounded the acrylic all the way through to almost my finger. Took the cuticle pushers over that said nail and when I said ouch she said " that's because you have thin nails that's bad ". When she got around to doing the shellac she messed up 3 nails, 3 times!!!! Another lady had to step in and fix it. I still never received a good cuticle cut, any oils, or wax like I requested. I paid and got the heck out of there. This was last night. And today I wake up to two of mail shellac nails messed up. Chunks missing and my cuticles look worse than when I showed up. I called twice but it's Sunday and they may be closed. However, I intend to get a refund. Save your time and money. Update: the owner refused to give a refund for horrible work.
