Probably the worst manicure & pedicure we have ever received. First off they were 35 minutes late…read morestarting one of our appointments and just kept telling us "in two minutes" then no apology when they came to actually do it. Nails were not properly filed down and you could see scratches all over. Asked for clear top coats and one of us wanted a small heart on one finger which both girls completely ignored. Didnt even ask if they were good when they were finished just said "okay done" and IMMEDIATELY got up and walked away. We both had to redo our nails when we got home as it didn't even look like we had gone to an appointment.

Doesn't care if you like his work or not and if you don't he doesn't care to fix it, he'll want you to pay. Bad job anyways when they did my nails (acrylic and shellac). They rip people off I can 100% tell you that's a fact. The tools they use are nasty and not clean, they use the same tools without cleaning them. I literally walked out because the man who put the acrylic on it was super crooked and YOU COULD TELL, so I mentioned it to him and he began to give excuses like: that's the way your finger goes it's not me it's your finger. So he refused to take it off and fix it unless I paid. So I walked out and I can guarantee I'll never be back.
