The owner (Erica) is very bubbly and loves to talk but she uses that time to slow down a bit and makes sure she is doing exactly what I want and keeps the vibe positive. Understanding that things happen I rush my schedule and agree to the 12:30 spot. Upon arrival at 12:24 the salon phoned me telling me I am late. I state we agreed on 12:30 when I had a 1pm appt. they said that I was supposed to be here at12 and argued with me saying there's nothing that they can do. I asked for a reschedule and they had zero openings for the next week when I already pre booked this appt a month in advance. She is excellent at listening to and discerning her clients needs, and even though my hair is long right now, the next time I go short I will make the long trip out to see her. When I got home I immediately noticed I had a big bald spot along my part and a good chunk of hair was missing! The salon did not see me for 5 days and when I went in the stylist tried to say my hair must have been like that already!! I was ready to scream when the owner stepped in and agreed to refund my money, but with little apology for what had happened. Highly do not recommend this salon.
