Really did NOT love this experience. It might be on the cheaper side (just by a little), but the experience was awful. I felt like cattle being rushed from one place to another. First, as soon as you walk in, you're hot with the nail polish alochol smells. It's reasonable to expect a salon to have some of that but not so strong that the second you walk in, that's all you smell. The ventilation must've been off there. Second, got a regular pedicure and the staff immediately got to working on my feet. Very few pleasantries, didn't ask to check on the water temperature. Third, after my polish and top coat was applied (which the top coat was gunky and clumping with my polish - meaning it wasn't fully dried before the top coat was put on!), they escorted me out of my chair and told me to sit in a corner with a fan for my feet. Likely, they needed the chair for another appointment. But they just left me sitting there, I didn't know when I was supposed to leave. Absolutely horrible nail experience. I recently posted about how awesome this nail salon is but I take that back. I have been here about 8 times. Like the previous review I had posted I usually see Jennifer for my bio gel but on Monday I decided I wanted to get my nails done. (A month ago I had my bio gel nails removed so Monday I was calling to make an appointment for a bio gel full set) I had called the salon and asked them to book me with Jennifer. The lady on the phone informed me she doesn't work mondays ( which is totally fine, everyone deserves a day off) I had asked if there was anyone who is as comfortable as Jennifer working with bio gel and applying a full set. The lady on the phone said " I can defiantly do it, if you can come in 15 mins I'll wait for you and ensure I'm the one to do your nails" the lady on the phone seemed confident so I had agreed and confirmed the price that was on the website for $50 bio gel full set. They lady told me that was the price and took my name down along with my phone number. 15 mins later and I arrived at the salon. I walked in and let hem know I spoke with someone on the phone 15 mins ago who would be doing my nails (everyone had a client so I was confused as to who I spoke with) the lady at the front counter screamed in the salon "bio gel full set" and I lady came out of the back who couldn't speak English at all very well ( I knew this wasn't who I spoke with which made me feel uncomfortable but I didn't want to be rude so I gave her a chance) She had sat me at her station and told me to pick a nail colour. I had picked 5 different colours ( baby green, baby yellow, a purple colour and a blue ) but she had told me "no we don't have" I said well what colours similar to one of these shades do you have. She didn't understand what I was saying. It was very difficult for me to explain what I wanted. In the end I just said black and she started painting my nails pink. I said I didn't like it but she kept saying 6 days , 6 days. At this point I was very frustrated. She didn't even give me the shape of nail I wanted and the bio gel is so thick on my nails. I kept telling her to file down the bio gel because it was to thick and she just rolled her eyes. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Originally I didn't want to post this review since I had such a positive experience before with Jennifer so I actually emailed the salon directly to let them know what had happened with my experience but they never cared to respond back to me. read more

THE WORST NAIL SALON IN THE HISTORY OF NAIL SALONS. DO NOT GO THERE. 1) I called the salon in advance to make sure they could fit me in for a regular mani in the next 20 minutes. The girl on the phone said they could (she was not very friendly though). 2) When I got there, the girl at the front desk looked me up and down in a weird way. I told her I was there for a regular mani and she started yelling at someone in the back of the salon in a different language and arguing. 3) She finally pointed me to a seat without telling me to pick a colour. I had to ask to pick a colour. 4) The nail tech spent more time talking to and laughing with 5 other co-workers that were all clustered around her than actually doing my nails. 5) She drilled down my cuticles with a shellac drilling tool instead of taking her time and removing cuticles step-by-step. 6) I told her not to file certain parts of my nails - she filed them. 7) One of my nails was slightly broken, she didn't take her time to even it out - half my nail is now square, half is rounded. 8) She didn't buff away flakes on my nails or take off remnants of my old polish until I told her to, after which she got mad and started doing things aggressively. 9) The colour I picked out was OPI bubble bath. I don't know how old their polish was, but the colour was completely off. 10) She painted 2 coats and didn't even bother asking me if I want a 3rd coat even though that polish is pretty sheer. 11) After she already put the top coat on, she reached for the lotion. I asked her "how are you going to put lotion on over my wet nails?" and she pointed to my palms and said she was only going to put lotion there. 12) When I was sitting and drying my nails, the receptionist came to check if they were dry and ran her fingers over all of my nails even though I could feel they were tacky. 13) After all this, EVERY SINGLE NAIL dried with bubbles all over it, and one of my nails chipped and broke off within an hour. What a wonderful nail service. Bright and clean and the staff are all amazing. I was a walk in and was acknowledged right away and was in a massaging chair within five minutes. The "new" style salons make you sit on a friggin bench with your feet in a bowl... now how relaxing is that? NOT The pedi lasted about 40 minutes and consisted of a fantastic massage with exfoliating gel and then another massage with pineapple scented oil. Damn my feet smell wonderful. I will definitely make this my go-to salon! read more

very horrible. i went to this salon many times and my experiences got worse and worse each time. very overpriced. they make you wait for 20-30 minutes for a 5 minute service. i went today to get my eyebrows waxed and they waxed off the arch in my eyebrow then tried to convince me and my eyebrow was always liked that and they are the same shape. i then told her that i know what my eyebrows look like and they don't look like this. they didn't charge me but i will not be coming back. read more

This is literally the only place I'll come to do my nails. Have tried other places and just was not satisfied. Never have to wait, and the ladies are quite efficient. They have a whole selection of colours and somehow my pedicure lasts longer than other places. The reason for the two star deduction - once they're done with you, they sit together, gamble and play cards. Felt that was super unprofessional, probably why they rushed me the last time I came. To add to that, they literally forget you're there or check up on you to make sure your nails have dried. I literally had to wait 45 mins one time and ended up just getting up to leave. That's when the lady ran over. This doesn't seem to be a one off situation but rather happens every time. read more

I am a fan of this place! I ended up trying this salon out when another one really messed my manicure up badly. I came to them for the re-do and I have visited them a few times since. The staff always greet you right away and you won't be waiting long. I think the most I've waited was 5 minutes if that? They are great at what they do, the hand massage is good and the lotion smells wonderful! They have a vast amount of shellac colors which is perfect! I would probably say at least 1000 colors if thats even possible? I love it! I also love how I went in for my second time and the girl remembered me. I had only been in there once, so great customer service! I am proud to say this is my new nail salon. read more

Had gotten acrylic nails done 2 months ago, did not like the experience at all. The extensions was stuck to my skin and each nail had acrylic paste under the nails and was very annoying. There was no finesse to the job. The nails came off in 2 weeks. read more

Last time a girl cut my finger but she was very polite about it and I let it go. But the one who did my nails today was very grumpy. VERY RUDE.. you wouldn't feel comfortable asking them any questions or ask them for what u want. If you ask they will be grumpy and talk to each other in their language and make you feel uncomfortable.. if you wanted to be treated fairly then pls stay away. I was hoping that this spot would be my go to !! But I was so disappointed!! My mom, daughter, friend and my self. Been looking for that one go to place but so far no luck. First of I had to reiterate few times what we wanted which was shellac pedicure and regular mani! Was not very warm and welcoming from the getgo! My daughter is 5 and I wanted to treat her to a little pampering but they were like ok just sit here ! While we were being soaked I do like how they put disposable plastic on the basin love that! But soaked our foot in just plain water. They didn't speak much I was asking questions and the girl didn't answer me !! Okay wired! And not just once few times. I usually have the blade on our heels but the used the greater we asked that said it was not that bad!! I said no oil please she put oil!! After I could still feel and see the hard skin on our heels not to mention mani was the worst I ever had quick quick I would still see the skin around my nails beds ugh annoying! Painted my hands cutdidn't put top coat !! Over all not going back!! If your looking to sit in fancy then that's the place but quality!! Hell no !!!!!! usual spot is not as pretty o look at but let me tell you it's 100 times better !! Not to mention they are very pricey for the work they put out!! I've been going here as a regular customer for over a year now. Service is polite, friendly, and clean. Not once have I been disappointed with their service. I would highly recommend this place for their nail services, however I have not had the chance to try their waxing services yet. I continuously went to this place because it was down the street from my place. And EVERYTIME I went to get my nails done they always screwed it up. They don't take off previously nail polish properly and you can see the colour under the new colour, they don't consider appts that were taken, and they can't even do nails properly. My nails are different shapes and lengths all the time. It is a nice place and good location but the workers do a crappy job. And I went to every person on each visit. I finally got fed up and told them they are money grabbers and are super inconsiderate and I would never go back and I haven't. read more

I've been to Pedi N Nails a couple of times now for a Manicure & Pedicure. The place is clean and the massage chairs are extremely comfortable. The ladies who work there are very polite and they do work very hard. I have not had any issues with the mani or pedi and I do recommend going there. Worst place to get your nails done. They didn't sanitize the tools they were using, the lady took off my dead skin, cut me three times, and then put the clipper back in her pocket (probably for the next client). When she did my pedicure, she rinsed the clipper with the tub water that I was using and put it back. It was such a dingy place, considering it hasn't been open long. The shellac is horribly uneven. The tips of my fingernails are thicker than the rest of the nail. All my nails are different lengths, and I had long enough nails for her to shape and make right, but she just filed each one individually without notice to the length or shape of the rest. They also used the drill that shaves the nails on me. I did not need it but they insisted that shellac won't stay on the nail if they don't shave it. I have been doing shellac for as long as I can remember and never did a salon shave my nail bed. So now I'm nervous about how thin and brittle they will be when I remove them. I left with so much cuticles that still needed to be removed. And I hope this isn't connected to the manicure but my middle finger has been ridiculously itchy on the side of my nail since I left, which is three days now! this is hands down, the WORST nail salon i have EVER been too. i've been to this salon around 3-4 times and every single time i've came, i've had a bad experience. a couple of the workers are extremely rude and have no patience whatsoever. i got a pedicure done at this location and the next day, i ended up getting a horrible infection right under my cuticle area. i came here again to give it another shot and the lady doing my nails (shellac manicure) lashed out at me because, when i was giving her my hand so she could do my manicure my "fingers and wrists were too relaxed". still not too sure what that's suppose to mean. i came here yet ANOTHER time with my mom and the lady doing BOTH our nails forgot to put a base AND top coat on our nails. after three awful experiences i still decided to give this place another shot. i got a shellac manicure done and the lady doing my nails, cut my nails in very odd and uneven shapes. all my nail shapes were different and i was extremely upset. it's not hard to say that after FOUR awful experiences here, i do not recommend this place at all and would never come back. read more

Came here about a month ago, had my nails done with shellac by the owner of the store, she cut my cuticle open, mind you the past 3 times I've been here I've changed technicians because each time they cut my cuticle. After 2 days the polish turned GREEN. Came in and asked the owner why they are using expired polish she said its the specific polish she used on me and it happens in many other salons?????? Why use it then? She proceeded to seat me and was trying to locate another colour that would cover the green, proceeded to ask her why she wouldn't just remove what's already there and make a fresh coat she said no and seated me with another lady who took her time as she re did all my nails. At this point the store was closing and all the ladies piled on eachother counting out their tips at the front desk in which I was seated on the first table beside it, they were all bumping my chair as I was getting my nails painted and did not give a crap that their behinds were in my face, my technician noticed my frustration and made it clear to them by speaking in their language.
