She asked the recovery nurse, Why are you dumping her on me? As a Nurse myself, Who could hear but not speak; I was anguished & thankful her shift was ending. The next day, I was wheel chaired to the med/surg unit. I asked to be bathed. They threw wet wipes on the tray table...DIY, I guessed. Day 3...I Demanded to Shower...a nice make nurse got me to the shower & disappeared. I managed, despite an incision from breast bone to pubic bone. No TY to them. Pray I never see them again

I requested call backs 3 times and got no call. The quality of care is unacceptable. It's not the doctor it's the fact that im being told on a recording that my wait time is less than 59 minutes!!!! That was enough to make me have to find a new primary with a potentially dangerous situation with the kidney stone. UNACCEPTABLE
