They were able to see me that day and hooked me with with an antibiotic, they even faxed it to the pharmacy for me. He gave me his emergency number Incase it got worse and said if need be to call him and he would even come to the hotel! Fortunately I'm on the mend so probably no need for a follow up. I came back the next day and it's just as bad...been here since around 9 am and it's now 4:40 pm and I still haven't been seen. I swear they are waiting you out to get you to leave so that they don't have to do anything. I possibly have a broken / fractured arm and am in need of X-rays...and pain meds. The supervisor just came out to apologize for the long wait stating they are waiting to transport folks off the island and how they take those with life threatening issues as priority (duh). all of that sounds great but it looks like they aren't taking anyone...everyone's still waiting! should far I've been able to check in, meet with the nurse to take my vitals then finished checking in (insurance and all that) and now the I'm just waiting...in excruciating pain....for hours on end. sad part is there are mothers here with sick children and they are being treated the same way. folks have left (without being seen) and we are STILL waiting!!! They may be in the Virgin Islands United States but it's definitely not the USA! I'll review quality of care if I ever receive any service!

When it was time to put me in a room she flings the curtain with an attitude then stood at the desk and made the statement psychopath and sociopath with the other staff around and laughed. The doctor attending to me Dr. Samet was not helpful and sent me home and driving with my symptoms. I can tell you as someone who lived in the states the workers including the black nurses have to be on their P's and Q's when dealing with patients. These people come from the states and give mediocre service because we have allowed it here on our islands.

After the last experience I had with Dr. Bacot in February 2025 I am frankly disgusted…read more I was there for a presurgery visit for a foot operation which his physician assistant Bryce recommended based on prior MRI. Bryce told me Dr. Bacot did tons of surgeries like this. I did the workup, paid for everything, and then went for the presurgery visit to see Dr. Bacot. I was only actually seen by Chelsea, his assistant who just basically sat in the office and looked at my film. Chelsea is NOT A SURGEON! Dr. Bacot however, merely popped his head around the door and asked me why I was there?! This, the doctor who was scheduled to cut my foot open in a week? He never even came into the office to look at my film, never touched my foot, only asked me where it hurt, told me to get better shoes and said he could do nothing for me. Completely unprofessional, and surprising. I had to go to another surgeon after a year in agony as a cripple, who did the very surgery on me that Dr. Bacot was supposed to do. And to top it off, Comprehensive Orthopedic had the nerve to bill out $500 to the insurance company? And harass me to pay the balance? I absolutely refuse. I am out of pocket for the presurgery workup, my visits to COG office UNDER COG RECOMMENDATIONS, with no positive outcome. Thank God Dr. Chase took the helm and did a very successful bone spur removal from mid foot and big toe, which was scheduled originally with Dr. Bacot. I addressed this with the then office manager when I got the first bill. I have had zero response, and now keep getting harassed by COG "billing department" wherever that is. It is not local. I have sent numerous emails, left voicemails but no response. I have asked for COG office manager, and been told that there is no office manager in office. Bottom line: Be wary of this office's billing practices. Check in detail what you are being billed for.
