The care and service they give has been a great help to our children, helping not only with speech issues but in being able to articulate their thoughts, which in our sons case caused him great frustration. We first gained exposure to MTC through a daycare we used for our children and we ended up introducing them to our children's school where they provide school our assistance to not only our children but to other children enrolled at the school who may need assistance. The ability for our daughter to receive therapy (she is going into K and was pre-K last year) during the day has taken one large possible stress out of our life of arranging appointments and activities. While not sure of their other services, we could not say more about their speech therapy services and our happiness with them.

Upper management is constantly talking bad about the RBTs and makes fun of them behind their backs. The staff is treated horribly, constantly. They will hire ANYONE, and that is why the turnover rate with employees is so high. The poor clients are put with people they don't know on a daily basis, behaviors among the clients are on the rise, these kids can feel the toxic environment. I am so sad to write this, but I am so glad I got out of this place. I have interviewed and toured many other ABA facilities, and MTC is by far the lowest on the totem pole. I would not recommend this company to anyone, employment or families looking for a trusting environment. Please do your research first.

Finding a…read moreprovider who would take our concerns seriously and was willing to help was surprisingly difficult, but from day 1 they have been supportive and helped put together a plan to help my son move forward. Because he is older (12) we struggled to find someone willing to help build strength and treat his dysgraphia. They also have helped with coping with sensory overwhelm and anxiety. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We also love the warm and friendly office staff. Check them out- you won't regret it.

We were referred here by our pediatrician as our daughter was still not walking at 15 months.
