He did say I could call for an MRI if things didn't get better in a week, so I took him up on that. It was difficult to reach them to get clearance for an MRI and after having the MRI, I've had a rough time getting results, which the imaging center promised in 24-48 hours. I received a phone call last Thursday (48 hours after the MRI) from the office but they didn't leave a message. I called last Friday morning and asked for my results and was told the doctor would call me right back. I never received a call so I called back that afternoon. I was told the doctor had left for the weekend and a PA would call me back with my results in about 5 minutes. I'm sure you're shocked but that call never came. I called back Monday and was told Dr. Summerville was out all week on vacation, leaving me hanging without results. When I said that was unacceptable and that I was told I would have the results in 24-48 hours, they said a PA would call me that afternoon. I bet you know where this is going... It's now Tuesday. I made my now-daily call to IBJ asking for my results. A PA is "calling me back this afternoon." I'm not terribly optimistic about this actually happening and am looking forward to calling them again tomorrow morning so we can continue the dance.

Mike and Julie helped me gain the ability to walk normally again. Both are very knowledgeable and kind. My favorite part is they not only helped me physically but also mentally. Their attitudes and actions made me look forward to coming to therapy and getting better. The front desk agent Jen was always punctual kind and informative. Bee always kept the building extremely neat and tidy. Occasionally decorating for the season to make it more comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
