The absolute best. Dr Connolly is our regular since my daughter was born and I could fill ten paragraphs of raves but I came here to say . . Every single person we have seen in the PGA office is fabulous. When your kid is sick the nurses call you back immediately give you the BEST advice and if needed always have always gotten us last minute sick appointment - where we might not always have Dr Connolly - between the amazing physician assistant who figured out our daughter's persistent ear infections to Dr Davenport today who noticing what kind of Mom I am (with my notepad open to take notes) gave me the current research to all of my questions which is sooooo comforting WHILE being the absolute sweetest to my kid on a tough day. I love this practice. We have been going for over 10 years. Nurse Monika is a gem. She is so caring and loving. I have to say the same same about Dr. Connolly and Frontado. the other thing I can say is that most of the time they are on time. The office staff is lovely. I very much recommend this office if you would like a great pediatrician practice. Also their kids express Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 8:30 is great if your kid is sick. Pure torture. We set in the cold room for over an hour waiting on the doctor. No one checks on you, I had to pick outside to see if they still remember we are sitting in the room. Two nurses were casually chatting , while we are freezing in the room with child who doesn't feel good. No one asks you if we need anything, maybe water, maybe we cold. Just what a terrible way treating your patients. Find this office extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, the wait time unreasonably long. I can see 30 min but 1h 30 min it's crossing the line. read more

Today I received a certified letter from this company informing me that I need to find another facility for my son because I refused to give my son the MRNA vaccination. Mind you I have followed all of the vaccine protocol minus that one. Was never given a warning before only final notice. Do not work with this company at any of the locations! read more

There use to be an amazing Dr that was part of their practice. He was professional, very kind and always went a step further asking how everyone in the family was doing. Additionally, the kids enjoyed going bc he would do magic tricks for them. Once he left the place went down hill pretty quickly. I decided to try to stick it out since we'd been with this practice since the kids were very young. I took my son to see another male doctor in the practice. Wow! I was shocked! He talked over me the entire session when I tried to asked questions. If I did successfully get a question in, he was short with his answers. Clearly he does not enjoy his job and in no way should be working with children. My concerns were laughed at in my face. He actually chuckled. When I tell you he was rude, it's an extreme understatement!! I've never had a medical professional treat me in such a condescending way. Absolutely not acceptable for a pediatrician or any medical professional for that matter. I'd give no stars if it was an option. read more

Edited to add- they now removed us from the practice after being called out for the negligence they showed. They also never called- just sent a letter. They have shown very slim regard to my sons medical needs. Whenever I call, they say they'll call back in x time Frame and I don't hear back. I have to call back myself. They refuse to listen to a parents perspective. We are ultimately having to seek another pediatrician to help us due to negligence. My son needs a cranial helmet and is in the severe category. I gave them 2 letters if medical necessity from specialist. They are refusing to assist in getting this resolved and denied a referral request stating its just cosmetic. They originally told me to do a procedure before getting the helmet.. we did and got cleared... now they are denying moving forward. Very disappointing as this has been spoken about for 4 months.I asked to speak to the main physician and they told me he isn't available to speak until OCTOBER... this is August. read more

Let me start off by saying my 3 week old could have gone septic if I listened to these doctors. I am an RN and it is safe to say that none of the physicians at this practice know what they are doing. Dr. Sanua started off by assessing my 3 week olds infected belly button with no gloves, went around grabbing supplies then went back to touching my child, with no gloves. She then continued to state that her belly button was not infected after assessing the purulent drainage, swelling and redness. She proceeded to clean the area THEN get a culture (Wrong) and cauterized the area (which you should never do if there is a suspected infection). She stated I should call her back later in the day if it gets worse or if she gets a high fever and oral antibiotics will be given. I asked what's the best way to do a pediatric temperature (oral, anal, axillary) and she stated "just feel her". To no ones surprise the area proceeded to get more red and inflamed. I called back to inform Dr. Sauna and she stated she never said she would call in antibiotics and that Id have to come back in to get it re-assessed. She continued on by saying she wouldn't be able to give oral antibiotics. That IV antibiotics would be needed and I'd have to go to the hospital for that if she felt it was necessary (which was not likely based on the assessment this morning). I ended up going to a pediatric urgent care for a second opinion where they confirmed it was infected and prescribed my daughter the appropriate antibiotics. If I would've listened to the doctors at this practice my daughter could have gone septic. A very scary situation when your child has an infection and the physicians we rely on aren't able to treat the situation appropriately. read more

If zero stars were an option, I would select it here. Disappointment after disappointment. Doctors could not seem to care less about my child. Nobody ever calls back. Leave a message with an emergency and you'll never hear from them. Then, they have the gall to ask why you went to urgent care and not them. We've encountered immature, defensive attitudes from doctors and staff at every turn - except for one very wonderful nurse. I regret choosing this pediatrician. read more

Absolute liars. Not only is their front desk staff incompetent at conveying the correct information but they also could care less about anyone and are more concerned with handling personal business. Awful. Just awful. The doctors are too busy to take time with the kids. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to see a doctor. They don't remember my kids, even though we have been going there for years. The only positive is the front desk staff and nurses, they are always friendly and trying to help. read more

We have been going to Pediatric Partners since 2010 when our first kiddo was born. We love Dr. Connelly and Dr. Schetchman (sp? sorry) but on the occasion that we have needed to see a different Dr. in a last-minute appointment due to being sick, we have liked every Dr. we have seen in both the Jupiter and Palm Beach offices. The nurses are super nice. I cannot recommend them enough, we have never had a long wait. I actually recommend Pediatric Partners to anyone who asks me where my kiddos go. :) read more

We have been going to Pediatric Partners since 2002. We've seen pediatricians come and go, all of them have been wonderful. Dr. Carol Sanua was our favorite. The team at PP has always been professional, thoughtful, and courteous. We've never had a long wait and they always greet us like family. In addition, our children have received excellent care. Nothing super spectacular or really bad to mention about this practice. Been here 3 times , seen two different doctors, and have been seen right at my scheduled time. In addition to Pediatric care, they treat Mental Health in children and adolescents; that's pretty neat! read more

We have been going here since our first child was born in 2005. We never have long wait times, we're always able to reach a physician if needed and there is always someone available to see our children any day of the week. The express options for early morning walk-ins is so hopeful when you have a sick little one. While the doctors have changed over the years, we have always found the doctors and the staff to be helpful and caring. read more

I went here when Dr. Gutierrez was here. He was wonderful and always remembered us and our info and even visited us at our work. We were given no notice when he left and had to make an appointment for Schlechtman. Our appointment was at 4:15, we got here at 3:45, in the office but 4:00. We waiting until 4:50 for someone to poke there head in saying "has he been by yet?" No! He didn't come in for another ten minutes after. What's the point of an appointment if you don't come in until and hour after? read more

Zero concept of time. No point in setting an appointment time, they can't do anything on time. Recommend you show up late for you appointments. It's not the staff, it's the doctors. read more
