We're very very grateful for this hospital. This is a private pay hospital, but their costs are…read more reasonable when you consider the cost versus benefit of having a full service hospital at your doorstep. Yes to walk in, it's $400, which is applied toward your bill, but even the emergency vet across town cost $750 to walk thru the door. And trust me, when you're desperate, cost doesn't matter as much. They took great care of my husband who was in Excruciating pain. He initially waited too long to go to the ER, then iwent to an ER in LR who accepted our insurance. Of course it was full and he waited three hours. He went to the desk to inquire about an approximate range of time before he could be seen. The man there looked right thru him and wouldn't respond. We left and came to Cabot ER where there was no waiting and not only was he seen quickly, but then they were able to do all the tests quickly too. He got some pain management and the doctor quickly got to the root of the problem and he was given pain meds and treatment meds to tide him over til he can see his primary care doc. I highly recommend.

STAY AWAY!!!!! They are liars. I called and asked about pricing for the TRT they offer. When I…read morecalled I mentioned I had no insurance and asked about pricing. They told me it was $95 for the first visit $40 for the second and $20 for an injection on the phone if prescribed. They also mentioned I would be sent for blood work. On the phone I asked the cost for the blood work and script. They told me there was no cost for the bloodwork and the script would be found out at the pharmacy. I called a second time to confirm this information before going in and they confirmed what they said the day before. Upon going to the office I ask before and after my visit if there is any other cost. They told me no. When I go to get the blood work done the cost was $1,385 which the hospital discounted to $400. Upon going back to the "Doctor" and tell him my concerns he decided to mock me in his office for my lack of "understanding" the blood work wasn't going to cost me anything. I decided to trust this "Quack" and his "team" with the info they gave me. Which was a lie. I asked for a refund which they refused, no problem. When I mentioned I would tell my story online he proceeded to call me an expletive name in his office.
