My little sister's name has been spelt wrong for the longest time (and we fill out a form?). We've waited in a room for the pediatrician to show up for about an hour multiple times. I'm not sure if they're severely understaffed or what is going on, but they all seem to be leisurely. I've been going here for over two years as a translator for my stepmom, but also as the person that has to deal with the 20+ minute long waiting on the phone for them to hang up on me.

Dr. Patrone is patient, understanding, and takes her time with the questions we have. Their location is close to my office, but, across town from our home address. It is worth the extra 15 minute drive as we know we are getting the best service for our daughter. The nurses and support staff are incredibly supportive and caring. Karina is always willing to go the extra mile and Cathy is just as sweet as can be. All of the staff is courteous and wait times are always minimal.
