I was in direct contact with Santiago from the very beginning. They were punctual, informative, and ensured the work they did was quality work that would not only meet my expectations but exceed them as well. They explained if anything happened or if I wasn't satisfied with the finished results, they'd come back free of charge to fix it. Thankfully, everything turned out perfectly! We ended up having our entire house repainted and went on to consider - which we'll probably end up doing - having our kitchen cabinets painted. They explained all of the options I had when we discussed possibly installing new cabinets vs painting them and allowed me a chance to reach out to contractors to explore my options. Most people would try to sell you on why you should go with their services they offer but Miranda's Painting wanted to ensure I did what was best for me, which spoke volume of their business. They explained the best kind of paint to use for each of the projects I requested to be done and also gave a detailed explanation of what the process would look like. They painted our house which took 3 days and each day they showed up on time, 100% prepared to work, and always cleaned up the entire area they were working prior to departing each day. When the job was finished, Santiago had me do a walk through of their work to ensure it was up to standards. Even after the project was complete, Santiago followed up to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Overall, I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough! If you're looking for professional, fairly priced, and skilled painters, definitely choose Miranda Painting. His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!
