Called the Tech Guy to repair. 6 weeks and 7 service calls later still no A/C. several parts were replaced, unit is supposed to be under warranty but hundreds $$ was billed for service. Parts were put on that were not necessary and labor charges was billed for said parts. After their multiple failed attempts, they then blamed it on the house and said to call an energy expert. That was clincher. Amana Warranty would not talk to us, only to a repair tech and they refused to call. Multiple attempts were made to talk to owner without success. We got a 2nd opinion and they advised to install entirely new system. AMANA warranty will not cover. Decision was made to proceed, during removal of the previous system, the crew discovered the unit installed less than 2 years ago was improperly installed. Because of that there was black mold on floor and wall behind and under the unit. Had this gone undetected any longer, serious health issues could have resulted as well as serious damage to home. There was a multitude of things done wrong on this system. I feel bad that my son was victim to this. I'm also very thankful to the other company and their crew for uncovering it before it turned into major catastrophe and someone suffered mold poisoning.

I had a shingle on my roof fly off and had HRC Roofing come in because they did a fantastic job the first time after a similar event happen last year. I figured since they had done such a fantastic job the first time I would have them come back in. Last year the bill was $120 (which was with two workers) for them to come up and put in my shingle (which I provided) which was fantastic. This time to put up the shingle (which I also provided this time) for me they charged me 2.5 hours of work. 2.5 hours to put in ONE SHINGLE and nail down a couple other loose ones, which came out to a bill of over $200. However, I will say that 200 for roofing work is still cheap but their reasoning could have been better. Well I called them and since they didn't have a high enough ladder, (two-story house, what roofing company doesn't run around with ladders that high?) the worker had to go back and retrieve a higher ladder (which I was unaware of, he could've told me when he arrived and maybe I would've understood) which they billed into my time. So I guess they're admitting their work is just as valuable as waiting at red lights and cruising along the streets while my money is counting away. Lady at the front office tells me that normally they would have sent two crew members, so be glad that I'm not paying double. Two crew members? For one shingle? Is the other one going to hold the ladder steady for him and provide moral support? I will also say that the worker who came was very nice, and did amazing work. My issue is mainly with the front office, their attitude, and their reasoning. Her final words were "Don't argue with me and just pay the bill okay?" I was speechless. Literally speechless. I would not recommend HRC unless you have absolutely no other option, but slide that name of the bottom of your list and find yourself another company, one who will go up for the price and be nice about it.

We were very impressed with the job HRC did for us on our 1/2 million dollar roof, converting the existing asphalt shingle roof to a more attractive and durable raised seem steel roof. The angles and steep pitch of our mid-century modern sanctuary make it a tricky job. HRC cruised through it with efficiency and top flight professionalism. They also had to work alongside other vendors that were replacing the extensive skylight system and everything went as planned and on schedule. HRC provided excellent follow up, helping to trouble shoot a few small design challenges with the original 50 year old design. The roofers we helpful and courteous, the site was always clean and safe, and in short we could not have asked for a better experience. They have our highest recommendation. BTW, I am the office manager and was one of the primary contacts throughout the project.

Well-designed and solidly constructed , for a lot less money than I was ready to pay. Next project was a custom grill guard/protector for my tractor after I had rammed a stick through the factory guard. Matt made quick work of the design and fabrication, and gave be a better-than-new guard for the tractor. Again, at less than it would have cost for a pre-fab part that would not be as good. He's a nice guy, too!

Called Reed Septic in Nashville IN, they came same day and cleaned the other guys mistakes. Slightly more expensive, BUT you get what you pay for. I'm now on their tickler file, they'll randomly check my tank, if it needs a pump out they'll take care of it. Clean, professional, and courteous service. In 30 years of watching this done, I've never seen this thorough of a job done. They also took time to educate us as to what we can do better in the future to forestall expensive repairs. Oh what a relief it is! Yes, I live in Florida part time, what a relief to know they have my back while gone. Their pictures are current and accurate.
