I am in the process of taking legal action. I paid him $3000 in October to start my full landscaping job. With several promises to have the job done soon he never came through! He took a few old plants out and spray painted the yard but no actual work was ever done. After calls and texts he came back for about 20 minutes to pull up some grass. Once again multiple calls and texts and requests to just please return my deposit. Promise after promise... even said he was trying to sell his truck, waiting on a check to clear, waiting on his father... then just nothing at all.
