I contacted Carter Landscaping to deal with some irrigation issues on my property including some landscaping. The rear of my property was very hard soil filled with shells, stones and concrete. I wanted the area leveled, and set up for planting. Caelan (owner) worked a lot by himself and installed weedmat and 80 jasmine plants. In another area (behind the house) heavy rains would cause flooding towards the rear of my property. Carter Landscaping and Siteworks removed irrigation pipes that were damaged by Ian, dug new trenches, installed drains and new piping to force the heavy rainfalls to travel out to the swale located next to the street. The new trenches were dug by hand on each side of the duplex. Their pricing is very competitive and I was very impressed that after the work was complete, the areas were cleaned up and not left for the owner. I also used him to install stones along the walkway paths. The owner is very ambitious and as a previous contractor, I would highly recommend him. I have recently contracted with him to replace the front lawns in two buildings, and install irrigation lines.
