She is literally the only person in southern Oregon, or anywhere near, that was trained in not only curly hair but also shag cuts so I knew I had to go see her. She didn't touch the blonde in the front pieces so I have a yellow-blonde in front and then a grey-blonde on the rest. The brown is a very cool tone almost black and does not match my natural hair color like I asked(it looks a lot better on camera than in person). She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.
