Cons: Both arrived on time and we informed the staff of the steam shower booking that was supposed to be fixed and noted, but staff went on to say bc it was not in my account she could not provide it unless the next person didn't show up. No apology and no offer of any comp for the mix up especially since my appt was not till later. Asked her to mention the mix up to whoever scheduled us for awareness as I was very disappointed and could have arrived later. Minutes later staff said "oh the next appt is yours to my friend" then said staff showed us to the dressing area. Staff then expressed to me it was probably the owner who booked the appt and that she had no plans to tell her of the mix up bc of that. I thought just the opposite and that constructive feedback is important for awareness especially so improvements could be made. Staff explained that she now was able to allow me to use the steam shower and that we could use it at the same time. Puzzled, I explained my friend was showering in it now and probably wanted her privacy. Waited again before using the shower but if that were the case I may have just arrived later. Experience was very unsettling for me and it showed a lack of good customer service ability to problem solve in situations such as this. Understand that mix ups occur but disappointed in the way it was handled. No complaints about the service itself as this review is mostly for the front staff experience the day of arrival.

When charged for something I should not have been charged for and her canceling my appointment so she could go on vacation, I had 'the gall' to question that, and she decided to let ME go as a client, claiming she has had to 'adjust her pricing' for me. This is untrue. I've paid the exorbitant prices and frequent increases but have spoken up. If you're anything like me, steer clear.

The woman who did my pedicure did an excellent job with the polish, though "basic" truly meant bare-minimum basic. The real issue was the dip powder manicure done by the owner, Lee. From start to finish, the service was unacceptable. There was zero cuticle work and no hand massage--just an incredibly rushed process where she managed to burn me three separate times while constantly talking on her cell phone. Dip powder is specifically known for its durability, yet my nails started chipping after just three days. When I reached out to Lee to ask for a repair--standard practice at almost any reputable salon--she offered absolutely no fix. Instead, she dismissively told me she would "do them thicker next time." The implication that I would come back and spend more money after receiving burns, chipped nails, and terrible customer service is completely insulting. Save your money and go somewhere that values your business, respects your physical comfort, and stands behind their work.
