Dr Rad Kothmann was the doctor who took over for Dr Smith. We have had Dr Kothmann for about 15 yrs. He never treated us like he was better than us or became we were in the older bracket. With his help he helped me with my many real medical problems & worked with we me to keep me out of ER. When my husband became sick he listen to what I to say, he admitted him found a blood clot & that he has blood cancer which was no treatment for. I think he took it harder than me) my husband & I have been married 55 + yrs. my husband went to hospice Dr Kothmann had his nurses check on my husband twice a day & they wee a phone call away. He made sure my husband was comfortable and not in pain. He also kept an eye on me. He is a family man with a wonderful wife a two great daughters I should know I met them. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby and 5 minutes in the room. Both locations are clean and well kept. The kerrville location he shares with other doctors. His sonogram machine is top notch which allowed him to tell the sex at 12.5 weeks! Dr Campbell: my husband and I love him as our ob/gyn. He's a good ol country guy. He isn't pushy, he doesn't rush you through your appointments and doesn't treat you like you're a dollar sign. He has been very attentive every time we go and answers any and all questions and explains things to us, lets us make choices about which tests to get if they aren't completely necessary, etc. I donated my kidney last year so I'm automatically considered a high risk pregnancy by my nephrologist and dr Campbell has done very well with staying on top of that to make sure everything is going well. Appointments/ insurance: we have blue cross ppo so I'm not sure as far as others what they take. Appointments are super easy to make/get and easy to reschedule if necessary. All in all I would recommend dr Campbell- I drive an hour to go see him and will continue to do so until he no longer practices.

My mother lives in Frederickburg, TX and I do not like getting calls about my mother being verbally abused and mistreated by people who are entrusted to care for her. This is the third time this patronizing hideous excuse for a customer service person has mistreated my mother. This sort of mistreatment is unacceptable.
