I have one of the best Doctor who kind, understanding & he really cares about his extra family (his patients). We were lucky he took over for a Doctor that was retiring (Dr Smith), it just so happen here did his residency in Corpus Christi where we had lived. They say God works is ways we don't understand. Dr Rad Kothmann was the doctor who took over for Dr Smith. We have had Dr Kothmann for about 15 yrs. He never treated us like he was better than us or became we were in the older bracket. With his help he helped me with my many real medical problems & worked with we me to keep me out of ER. When my husband became sick he listen to what I to say, he admitted him found a blood clot & that he has blood cancer which was no treatment for. I think he took it harder than me) my husband & I have been married 55 + yrs. my husband went to hospice Dr Kothmann had his nurses check on my husband twice a day & they wee a phone call away. He made sure my husband was comfortable and not in pain. He also kept an eye on me. He is a family man with a wonderful wife a two great daughters I should know I met them. Been a patient here since 2013 and am very happy with the care I continue to receive. I'm able to have my labs drawn in house, they see me quickly when I need to be seen, and the staff is very attentive. I have seen several providers, including a nurse practitioner, and all are very personable. read more

The clinic staff is great and Dr. Kothmann is amazing. Everyone is always polite and professional. Never had an issue in the 10 years I have been going there. Please remember that most people only post when they feel they've had a bad experience. Trust me the good far outweighs any bad experiences that may have been had. read more

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for almost 5 years, since we moved here to Texas. We see Dr. Michael Johnson and the staff as being very professional and personable. Dr. Johnson is very supportive and always has time for questions and providing direction in our health care. His nurse, Aryn, is wonderful and always on top of things, and very pleasant and helpful. The office staff are very helpful to work with and I've never seen or heard them rude or disrespectful to any patients checking in. read more

I would give them no stars. The clinic doesn't call you back, no one calls you back. You can't get a real person on the phone. The doctors won't prescibe anti depressant and mood stabilizing drugs, even though I am Bipolar and suffering. read more

*** AVOID *** Horrible customer / patient service: Submitted new patient paperwork twice, 1st time was incomplete (My bad, as the "kids" say) re-submiteed, call every week for update and leave a message with Arron, Dr. Rebecca Daleys assistant.. Finally spoke with Administration and they transferred me direct to Arron directly and stated Dr. Rebecca Daley is not accepting me as a patient, nor accepting "new" patients, after 3 months. Now I have a URI and fever and without someone to see me.... this "clinic" is totally not professional. Worst patient care. ***AVOID THIS PLACE*** They never return phone calls. Lab results have been lost and resent numerous times. Physicians never will talk directly to you it is always a message relayed through the staff. Don't even bother asking the staff questions as they are very rude and seem as though you are an inconvenience to them. I can't believe this place is even able to meet health care regulations. They once drew blood from me saying that they were going to run test. I never heard back on the results and when I called they would always say they never received anything back. The one thing they do stay on top of is their billing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Your health and wellness is the least of their concerns. read more

I was trying to establish as a new patient with this clinic - I called, asked for an information packet which was on the website. Faxed it over and called the next day to ensure they had received it. Since that time, 3 WEEKS AGO, I have called on multiple occasions to attempt to set up an appointment. NOT ONE PERSON HAS RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS! I have since taken my health and business elsewhere.
