Their service providers were RUDE and INSULTING when they dealt with the property manager - someone who has been a Sheboygan local all her life. They refused to accept any of the blame for an issue that only happened after their installation and wouldn't even come out to look at it without charging a crazy fee. This is NOT how good business is done. Really wish we had listened to the Sheboygan locals who warned us about doing business with this company. Now we're paying the price.
