We needed to arrange for a local real estate agent we could trust because we would not be able to make trips back and forth during the process. As we began to ask relatives in the area for a name we could trust, almost without fail, Jerry Brigham's name came up first. Jerry had also helped us sell our parents house 20 years earlier and had helped Linda purchase this house in 1999. We rented the house at the same time we listed it. Over the period from October 2015 - August 2016 we encountered issue after issue with the house. Upon having a third electrician inspect the home, we discovered it would need almost an entire rewiring. Jerry and his team worked tirelessly through the process to make sure our renters were communicated with and with the eventual buyer's agent to insure everything was ready for them to move into a good home. Jerry and his team went well above and beyond the call of duty to work through delays and keep the sale on track. Your maintenance will never get done unless you handle it yourself and with no services provided they will attempt to raise you rent yearly.
