Also brought in to fix back right wheel bearing and they fixed left. 3rd time. Brought back in cause of wheel bearing and they told me it's my tires cause they the wheel bearing only makes noise at higher speeds. We'll I have tire noise always did but guess what at 30 mph it howls! Take car home and now my heater doesn't blow on my feet and my ambient lighting is messed and the girl behind the counter tells me they did nothing to effect that. We'll then why were all my ambient lights off when I picked it up!?!?!

Called and made appointment because was leaking fluid on passenger front side of my 2005 silverado…read more Noticed large wet area in driveway. Explained to Jim it looked like it was leaking from front axel passenger side... maybe a seal. Brought the truck in to appointment 2 weeks later. Got back home from the appointment.. noticed a big wet spot under passenger front side again. Looked under it and fluid still hanging and dripping off the axel , same spot as last time. Called Jim back like wtf. Get told they replaced the rear pinion seal! I got charged $150 to replace a seal I had replaced 2 yrs ago that wasn't even leaking! On top of that I get told... they wondered why I was replacing the seal when it was leaking from the transmission line above the front axel passenger side! Seriously? I tell them I thought it was a seal on the axel passenger side (I'm not the mechanic) and they replace the pinion seal no where near the passenger front side , noticed what was leaking and didn't say hey... this is what's leaking and needs to be fixed! Nope they just replaced and charged me for something that didn't need to be replaced and then want me to make another appointment 2 weeks out to fix what should have been fixed in the first place! NO THANK YOU! YOU ALREADY ROBBED ME OF $150

He's very honest, will tell you what needs immediate fixing and if there are any other problems and if they are in need of immediate fixing or they can wait. He will explain things to you completely and show you the area needing fixing. I love the fact he treats men and women the same, we women want to know how it all works too. Told me I needed a new headunit and they would order it and install it the following week. I had asked for someone to contact me with the specifics of what headunit they were going to install and nobody ever got back to me. I called the day the install was scheduled for and had asked again what head unit they were going to be installing on my vehicle. Come to find out nobody ever ordered the unit and they couldn't get one for another few days. Went to a different shop and they figured out the issue wasn't even the unit at all it was a speaker short. Just really frustrating when I can't get updates on something I was going to spend a good chunk of money on that would not have even resolved my issue. Edit after reply: you guys are just lying now. I did want the new unit that is true but you had told me my issue was with my current unit. You never looked at my car for shorts in wiring. Yes the back of my stereo was messed up but that's why I came to you guys to fix a issue, you just kept guessing on what the issue was instead of fixing it. Also I called you guys after my first appointment to figure out what stereo was going in my vehicle you said you would give me a call back and I never received one. I called the day of my appointment 4/12/2023 and asked again what unit you were going to install you said you would call me back. Someone did call me back it was your tech Riley. He had told me it was never ordered and it would be a few days till you would get one. If I could leave less stars I would because it's one thing to have bad service it's another to then reply to a review and blatantly lie to try to save your own ass.
