Franchise owner started out responsive and I gave many chances…read more. even when cleaner knocked a frame off the wall and put holes in my wall and did not report it--even told coworker nothing happened when she heard the noise. Rotation of focus areas sounds good but in reality does not happen-for ex laundry room was a rotation focus area and was not cleaned at all. When bedrooms were the rotation furniture was not even dusted. Came home once to a house filled with gas--2 of the knobs on gas stove were left turned on just enough for gas to escape but not start igniting the burner. The last visit 3 NEW cleaners that I had never met showed up to clean my house. When I started asking about the specifics of cleaning my house (such as what products to NOT use on kitchen appliances) they were oblivious and had not brought in the spec sheet for cleaning my house. They had trouble finding it... This crew did a very sloppy job. I sent the franchise owner pictures and ALL that he did was tell one of his supervisors to call me. He did not bother to send her the pictures or tell her anything. She told me that maybe they could give me a leittle $$$ off on the NEXT clean. I said there might not be a next time. She said she would look into it. 12 days later the next clean was approaching and I had heard nothing. I canceled all of the upcoming cleanings and have heard NOTHING from this company. I had been using them for about 18 months, maybe a little longer.
