He also was observant of items (computers, etc.) and made sure to cover & protect them before cleaning. That was a big deal to me and it really shows his attention to detail & professionalism. He also gave me his evaluation of how dirty the ductwork was and his opinion on needing to evaluate whether there may be an issue with leaky ducts, etc. Again, I appreciated that, I am not an expert in ductwork or HVAC, so I rely on the opinions on those in the field to make an informed decision. He also accepted credit card at time of payment, which I appreciated.
