So the kitchen is a very interesting mixture of Spanish and French, combined with fresh food from Tenerife. That's fusion kitchen. I had bacalao Fish with a Chorizo crust. Try the creme brûlée. It's great. And I recommend the local rose wine Viñátigo. In the front part of the restaurant they have a kind of lounge area where you can just sit and have some Tappas if you don't like a complete dinner. But you should.
