I enjoyed my experience and had great servers who recommended the pumpkin quiche of the day which was amazing! A great start to the day and filling with a side salad and tzatziki sauce too. According to the staff the UMAM has been opened for about a week and they already had many customers inside and a full line of staff waiting to serve customers. All the pastries looked tremedously delicious and I could easily have picked all of them if I wasn't alread full from a previous meal. The staff recommended me a french pastery with banana and mango filling which was amazing. The lemonade I had with it was freshly made and had the right sourness and sweetness to it. My boyfriend had a salt caramel ice cream which was tastier than the ice cream stands which are highly rated on Yelp in the center of old town. To put it shortly, everything was perfect. If you are in Gdansk, you just need to visit this coffee shop and have your own magical experience.

The pączki are fluffy and light, and have an absolutely delicious dough flavor. We chose the jam filling today, and it was rich but tart. Since I am used to American donuts, I would always like a little more filling, but these were delicious.
