This company had installed the irrigation system with the builder. Because of this we hired him to…read moredo the landscaping and fence. It took 3 months to finish, part of it was because of the weather. The gates either don't say closed or it requires herculean strength to open. The trees have all had either fungus or insects inside the leaves. We wanted trees that would not shed, we were reassured what was planted did NOT drop their leaves, they're 3 River Birch,1Sycamore, 1 Dawn Redwood and a Teddy Bear Magnolia as well as 2 Satsumas, 2 Lime trees. Pine Hills Nursery told us the River Birch and the Sycamore will be bear wood this Winter. We had a stone and brick surrounds around our screened porch. Several of the irrigations heads were buried under the added grass which WE found and pointed it out. One is buried under one of the stones and the other at the corner of a bricks. We discovered this after the job "finished" and the bill paid in full. When Tim Brooks was made aware of this and the fact that the Teddy Bear Magnolia was dead He said one of his men would come to see the irrigation problem. There is NO warranty on the tree which was blown down over the fence during the last storm. The fact that a very tall tree was not staked to the grown and no one came to replant it for 3 days had nothing to do with its death. The planting instructions that came with the tree said the hole should be " 2 to 3 time deeper and larger than the pot it came in. The hole it was put in was just big enough for the root ball.
