She wouldn't allow my disabled…read more3-year-old son into storytime, because she kicks all the parents out for "foster independence purposes", and I need to be present for medical reasons. This library is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Nobody should be leaving their 3-year-old, wheelchair or no wheelchair, in the hands of a flake like that. We did not get to experience the storytime and left. Shame on you, John Curtis library!

Newer and well-maintained building, exceedingly clean and (duh) whisper quiet for in-house study, leisurely reading, or pantomime practice. The layout caters to families, with a robust section for kiddos just past the entrance on the first floor. Got a grown-up item on hold? Sorry adults, you've gotta slog it up to the second to claim your piece. On the bright side, you're scaling a spiral staircase! Parking lot is massive, open evenings M-W and otherwise only closed on Sundays, and you best believe they have entertainment for the wee ones - from the infamous MamaSteph to jugglers, Lego Builders and story tellers! *Just like the Minuteman, the Old Colony Library Network will pull inventory from any of the 29 in-circle libraries dotting the South Shore and have it waiting for you at your local branch. MAGIC!

I also learned while there they had a 'Medical Terminology Course', which would feed my previous Army Medical background and learn more up to date terms for work at a Hospital or similar area. The many weeks I was there; with the absolutely patient, understanding, and very loving and talented 'Friends' made there; I have made my life ; because of Operation ABLE's Staff much more enjoyable; and made money I never dreamed of. Let us all support this program as long as God keeps us here. They will always be part of my Heart's 'Family' and I wish them well........ A Check is on the way. Well Deserved.
