Eclipse Catering is part of, The Atrium, so they did the dinner and it was excellent. We started out with a small Caesar Salad. Guest got to choose between chicken or steak as their entree. I chose steak and it was fork tender, so I really did not need to use the steak knife they provided. It came with two-sides, Roasted Potatoes and Purple Carrots. Both were excellent choices. The serving of dinner went smoothly, The servers knew which entree each guest requested, because the words chicken or steak were written under our name of the place cards. A simple detail like that can make things so easy. For the size of the space, I was impressed with the acoustics. When the wedding party gave their toast, they were easy to hear. Also, when the DJ started playing music to get the party started, there was no echo. All elevators are in working order. On the downside I felt like the people who run the hotel don't really care about how it looks. There seems to be no pride in what they do. They offer breakfast from 7-10am. We went down at 8:45 and there were empty cereal bins, warming trays, fruit bins. The bananas were unappealing, the waffle maker was broken and the milk fridge was almost empty as well as the coffee creamers. I did not see an attendant for well over 20 minutes. They finally came out with a food to fill an empty bin. I realize that there is a shortage of people willing to work but if you have a job, take pride in it. They way this area looks is a reflection of who is in charge of the area. This is like your restaurant. Greet people, wipe down tables and counters, reorganize things. My daughter stayed here on 07.12.2026, she checked in late and they charged her $25.00, she woke up…read moreafter being bit by a bed bug. She have 8 bites. She went to the front desk at like 4am, showed the clerk the video and her bites and she said she didn't know what to do. She called the manager who told her she didn't know what to do either, just to put her in another room and put her belongings in a plastic bag. The manager would talk to her when she came in. She was scared to death to go to sleep. She checked the whole room and ended up falling asleep on the couch. When the manager came in she said she knew nothing about it and the clerk my daughter spoke to had already went home and there was nothing she could do. Than tried to charge her full price (multiple times) for the room!!!!!!!!! I told her to ask for a copy of the incident report and was told they didn't make one and even if they did they wouldn't give her a copy of it. I hope the health department checks every room in the place. Absolutely horrendous!!!!!!!!!!! Just an FYI, I was in video chat with my daughter the entire time.
