Great place to bring the kids to burn some time and energy; although I would recommend older school age children over toddlers. We came shortly after they opened and there was hardly anyone here which was actually a plus; my 3&1 yr olds just kinda ran around but my older kiddos would've loved it! Price wise it was reasonable (we only paid for the play maze, no games) and they do have a "kiddie room" upstairs. We've been to similar places before and I gave this 4stars because the layout made it very hard to keep up with my youngest two. The kiddie area is located directly at the top of a VERY LARGE set of stairs (abt 20steps) with NO GATE OR DOOR!? Its pretty much 4 merry-go-round style rides (good luck if you get motion sickness), a ridable/drivable bus & a small slide (all automatic, padded & musical) surrounded by glass on 2 sides; it all looks appealing but not very practical for small uncoordinated toddlers who slip & fall over everywhere. It would've been a nightmare had we brought our whole crew or came on a busy day (family of 6), I couldn't imagine hosting a party!? I would recommend lockers or cubbies for storing personally items, tables and seating is limited and heavy coats, bags, shoes etc get VERY HEAVY to carry around. read more

Place is fun for our 6 year old..They are constantly making improvements. Would be nice if they could consoludate the ticket/coin issue though. Some use tokens, some use quarters and some use a card you pay for. Kinda frustrating. But it is a fun place to get aome energy out. The play structure inside is pretty cool. read more

We met some family here in hopes that it would be a good place for our kids, all 7 and under. The attractions were fun, but they were severely understaffed. We asked to bring in outside food and were denied. Not a big deal, except the mac n cheese we ordered for our kids never came. It had been 45 minutes and I asked for a refund for the food. They did so willingly and were very apologetic about the service. Maybe the service is better when the college kids are in town but our experience wasn't great. read more

There is a large indoor play area for older kids and one for toddlers. Both of my kids seem to enjoy the larger one the best. It is quite extensive. Also game machines available for purchase. My kids enjoyed it for a couple hours. It did get crowded fairly quickly on a Saturday morning. Had to pay for adult entry as well, I'm not a big fan of that. There is a snack bar area available that I didn't use. Play area equipment seemed in good order. With my kids being a little younger I will probably go to Tiger Bounce first but if going with other kids would not have a problem going back to Going Bonkers. read more

Bonkers is a great place to take the kids to let them run around and play. Nice big maze for them to play in and plenty of games to play. However the parking is not the best. Inside there are not enough tables for people to sit at. Many have coats, purses etc to hold the table for a family that you never see at the table. The snack bar is below average in service. It took 20 minutes to get our order and it was not correct. The did offer to fix the error but who wants to wait 20 minutes for them to fix it. Also they were out of half of their menu. That included kid staples like hot dogs and burgers. Bathroom was missing toilet paper and paper towels to dry your hands. Tickets weren't dispensed from the games correctly. Prize counter was slow with one worker. If you want to let your kid run around and burn off energy this is a good place to go but the other services need help. read more

Fun to see all the changes made here since our last visit! Kids loved the new Ferris wheel and bounce ride and were very excited about the new slides. David was super helpful to my kids when there was a problem with one of the game machines and when somehow my 6 year old lost her card with all her tickets loaded on to it. He made sure they got the little prizes they were hoping to get. Very much appreciate his taking care of it all so tears were avoided. read more

Good place for kids parties they have a huge jungle gym and games and food. A lot nicer than lazer lanes

We took 2 eight year olds and they had a good time. We felt it was a very affordable family friendly place. We were visiting from KCMO and compared to kids activities here the price was excellent did not feel like we were robbed blind. We had money left over to eat out. We love to bring our kids to Bonkers when the weather is bad out side. Bonkers is a giant indoor play place for the kids. The kids love this place so much that they beg to come here. The arcade games are also nice to have for some of the older kids. The pizza is also very good but in my opinion a little expensive. read more

This is not necessarily what will happen to everyone, but it is what happened to us. We came here at about 4:30, and wanted to get some food. We went to the counter and asked for some chicken strips, but then they told us they were out of burgers and chicken (that is most of their entrees). There was no signage telling us this, so we got something else. The food we had was good, though. My son went in their big climbing area, recommended for all ages, but he had a lot of trouble getting through. My son is 12 and not too big, so if they're selling tickets for this to people 17+, they might want to make it roomier. Even then, the attractions can't hold very much weight, so trying to go on the hammock or rubber "horses" will bring you sagging to the ground. They had very few games, and kind of lack-luster prizes. So if you're expecting Dave and Buster's-don't. Overall, it's a good place if you're not expecting too much, so go if you want. Great place for kids to get their energy out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have an affordable annual pass which is perfect for us. My son can go whenever it's open, run and play for as long as he wants. You can purchase a card for the machines upstairs for whatever amount you choose, when the card is empty, games are over for the day with no begging for more change. They also have daily specials. There are rooms for birthday parties but I haven't experienced them but it appears that a lot of people do. read more
