I love this shop and wish it were closer to home. The inventory is beyond satisfactory and with tack, boots, attire, decor, saddles and western jewelry, there is literally something for everyone! I might have to start road tripping to go more often, I do wish they had an online website to shop or even an email newsletter to advertise the sales. I would 100% take a trip to go for that! I went about exploring the store and could hear them chatting. at first I thought it was harmless enough but very quickly realized they were talking very badly about the store manager who it sounded like was out on medical leave possibly, or on a vacation. the young girl who seemed to be in charge, Mary? or Macy? was the instigator of most of the talk. Now I used to be a retail manager myself and the things she was saying were not OK for her to be saying to another employee especially if she is in a position of authority let alone in the presence of a customer. after hearing this conversation for a few minutes I made my rounds of the store a little quicker and left without purchase. The store also looked like a snow globe that someone had just tipped upside down and they were still just standing around talking. But I love your online site so i will continue to buy online instead. my suggestion would be to get rid of bad apples like this. they poison the hole staff and leave customers feeling uncomfortable. thank you for your time in hopefully quick action on this matter. I buy the 50# bags; it is always fresh. The birds now turn away from the organic pellets or crumbles available at TSC; they barely touched it when I had to get a bag to hold me over. KOFFI staff is trustworthy, always friendly, responsive to my needs, and extremely helpful. They really care about doing things right.
