They brushed it off and said "Oh, that happens". That has never happened to one of our dogs after years of getting them groomed. That happens when you are being careless and aren't good at your job. Plus the fact that they didn't even mention it, is sooo unacceptable. Clearly they cannot be trusted with your family members. Shady business.
