NO ACCOUNTABILITY horrible business do not come here I do not recommend this place and honestly I do not how these people are still in business I needed my ECU reprogrammed to match a new master Key on my Lexus rusty said he could do it after 3 hours of BSing me he said he needed to take my ECU home and take the ic900 chip out of the board. Paid him 300$ to do it and I got my ECU back fried burnt and The chip wasn't even soldered on the board AT ALL i called him up he said "I DiDnT HaVe TiMe So I GaVe iT tO mY fRiEnD" and now I have to buy a new computer and out money. On May 27th, we paid Rocky $250 to make a duplicate key set for our Mercedes, which he programmed at our home. After he programmed the key fob, we noticed that he had failed to cut the emergency key, which is inside the key fob. Rocky assured us he could get the key cut and we waited...and we waited. After several weeks had passed, we called Rocky to get an update on the emergency key. He indicated that he didn't have the bit to cut the emergency kit with and he couldn't afford to buy the bit because he had to bail a relative out of jail. So, the wait continued. Less than 2 months later, on July 19th, the electronic key failed. Mind you, we also still do not have the emergency key that we paid for on May 27th. After getting rescued with the spare key, we immediately called Rocky. He initially said he could try to reprogram our key, but that option was taken off the table because he said he didn't have internet access. After a lengthy conversation, Rocky finally agreed to refund our money through Venmo and we gave him our Venmo account information. We even offered to return the bad key by mail so he could get reimbursement from whoever he purchased it from. He indicated at that time that we would have to wait for the refund until he's done a couple more jobs (he was broke again). It's been three weeks and today, Rocky said he would NOT give us a refund because we opened the key fob to replace the batteries (as he suggested) instead of having him check it when the key fob failed. Meanwhile, we still don't have the emergency key to open the car if the electronic key FAILS! His final comment to us was "even if I wanted to refund you part or whole, I'm broke." Bottom line...Rocky is totally untrustworthy. Don't give him your money unless you are certain he's completed the job, and then hope the parts don't fail. As for a 2 year "warranty"...forget it! read more
