Was amusing as the person who runs the place (Minh) switched between calling out instructions to people filling their water bottles to notarizing my deeds controlling properties worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. When he was working on my documents, I could see his demeanor change from shop owner to one of professionalism with everything filled out, signed and stamped in the right place. Just what you'd want from a notary. I was there on a Saturday morning. Minh said he is less busy around mid-day and early afternoon if you want his full attention. But he'll get the job done at a great price either way.

They provided a soft white background for placing my infant on a table top where there was little danger of rolling off (not near table edges) and arranged for a reflector to get the right lighting for the odd angle. Very gentle and also decisive in their instructions to me on how to adjust my baby make sure the photo was met the requirements for my case. Able to do passport photos for different country size standards, print, and email digital copies. THANK YOU for making what could have been a disastrous experience into a smooth process with the desired outcome. Recommendation for future customers: make sure baby is awake before going as that will speed up the process.

If you look at the reviews over the last 18 months, they are mostly 5 stars with a few 1 stars mixed in. I've used this location a handful of times and I have always been happy with the customer service. The woman who has helped me most of the time has been there for years. On the most recent visit, she offered to repack a fragile package I was shipping across the country -- double boxing it and adding significant protective packaging. She also explained a variety of delivery choices, most importantly including signature required. When I was unsure how to fill out some of the paperwork, she offered to do it for me. So why not 5 stars? It's pricey. I can't say for sure it's more expensive than other UPS locations but it seems like it. But it's convenient and friendly so I'll keep coming back.
