I asked them to repair it (by simply adding a few screws so it wasn't hanging over) and the owner of the company, Brett Long, initially agreed but then refused. I didn't ask much, simply for them to repair the damage that wasn't there before they arrived. Unfortunately the owner is extremely unprofessional and will not take responsibility for his crew.

I told them that they should change their name to better reflect they they are lazy and only want to do easy jobs! Needless to say - I cannot recommend this company. They are laughable.
