They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use. Everything is orderly, and the site can accommodate numerous clients. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and return!

Sean was constantly providing creative exercises and personalized progressions so I was able to make strides after every single session. He got to know my life style pretty quickly so my sessions were planned according to the daily tasks I wanted and needed to perform. I was constantly being challenged to push through my fear of certain exercises causing regression. Overcoming those fears would have been difficult on my own--no one wants to go back to square one. I was most recently seen by Dave Shields for OT before and after hand surgery. Dave is great - he's very knowledgeable, extremely kind, and so patient. My recovery was slower than I anticipated; this frustrated me and caused to feel demoralized at times. But Dave wouldn't let me give up; he cheered me on, always encouraged me, and helped me to see the gains I was making. I have to add that Dave really cares about your comfort during treatment. He will even note your preferences, so that other clinicians can provide you with the same level of care if he happens to be out of the office. Talk about outstanding customer service! I have also worked with Matt Fender (OT) several times. Matt is very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Matt really excels when it comes to modifying exercises to accommodate other injuries and/or prevent pain. This is a great skill because it helps one advance in recovery without causing additional pain or injury. Matt is a treasure! Athena N. is my favorite PT in the world! She's treated me for a few injuries in the past and I just cannot say enough great things about her. She's very skilled, kind, supportive, and such a pleasure to work with. She is an excellent communicator. She's great at teaching you helpful exercises and ways to prevent injuries. She solicits feedback, listens to it, and tailors your treatment accordingly. My Athena! They currently have an awesome receptionist (Ay*) who just lights up the entire clinic. She is approachable, easygoing, and so efficient. She makes everything a breeze: from scheduling appointments, to updating scripts/orders, check-in, check-out, follow up, etc. I absolutely love to see Ay* every time I walk in. They got to know me as a person--not just a patient, and it made the hard work I had to do much easier and stress free. The staff is hilarious and is very welcoming and easy to work with. I work shift work and at times had to change my appointment last minute. While I hated doing that, I was so grateful for their flexibility to work with me and my (at times) demanding work schedule.
