They always greet with a smile, and are never too busy to answer a question (even if I've asked it more than once). They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use. Everything is orderly, and the site can accommodate numerous clients. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and return!

I asked what was going on and the receptionist couldn't answer anything at all. I should have left. After 30 minutes the therapist FINALLY came into the waiting area to get us. She explained how it takes longer due to the evaluation on the first day,Were we being evaluated in the waiting area while I was asking to be seen? Do not seek physical therapy here if you are disabled!!!!!The therapist said she could not help us because she didn't have parallel bars- my daughter has been to a couple PT places and NEVER had to use those but she would have known that if she had read anything I wrote down. Another warning, it seems like 4-5 ppl are booked with the same therapist per hour-no one on one Physical Therapy here. I would have appreciated someone just telling me that on the phone when I made the appointment instead of torturing us with a long wait and bad business!
