I just love this heavenly haven of thrift! I do not get up to Plano often but I always try to stop here when I do. I friend of mine had a death in the family and needed to donate some items. Pennies' managers were so sweet and accepted all the items that I donated for my grieving friend. It meant so much to us that we were able to easily unload the reminders of a loved-one who recently passed. We also felt great knowing that the proceeds were going to a good cause. Of course I shopped while I was there and found many deals on clothes, jewelry and housewares. I even found four mod prints for my wall! You will not be disappointed when you spend your pennies here!

Different great tops I found here!!

I love this place! There are so many great finds here. All the clothing is gently used and in great condition. The people are always so nice and helpful as well. This is one of my favorite places to shop they have a great selection of high end items. Always a good experience!

I like: the owner is so nice .. the accessories collection is very good.. the shoes are cheap. I do not like: the store has a limited stuff ( especially kitchen utilities) but if you search you may find something good. And it is alittle pricey compared to other thrift stores.

    Pucci boots basically new WOW

Pennies For Heaven has above average resale products. I've been there many times. I give them five stars. Jean

Very beautiful things in the store. I had to look at all the jewelry. Beautiful clothes and everything was 50% off!

Great little thrift store in Red Oak. Bring cash as there is a minimum to purchase with a card.

A few…read morefriends and I wandered in here before going our separate ways after dinner, curious as to what this eccentric, red building was. Lo and behold, we found a decorated storage unit for nazism and miscellaneous BS. While the questionable "art" alone didn't bother us much, whoever was creeping around us, the person who I assume is the owner, did. It's a shame, because before we had the opportunity to acknowledge that this wasn't a place we should be in, we did find some items that were amusing, a couple of which we were prepared to buy. However, when one of my friends tried to compliment an item he had taken an interest in to initiate conversation with the employee/owner, mostly to break the eerie tension that only came from him staring at us silently from the other room, the owner/employee ignored him, only ever breaking his silence a minute later to bluntly tell the aforementioned friend to put an item down. After about 15 more seconds of receiving stares from this old man, feeling like we might become murder victims, we left, hearing the dead bolt lock behind us. I look forward to seeing this place being torn down.

I even brought a pair of name brand shoes that I've only worn once that cost over $250 easy. The cashier offered to buy them for $10 and hit me with the line all shady thrift stores and pawn shops say "this isn't what we are looking for but if you want we can buy it a low price" knowing full well they would turn around and sell it close to retail if I sold the sneakers to the store. Not only that, but I've seen the quality of their items, especially with the clothing selection and its always lacking except for indie brands they mix in with the other clothes and sell which are extremely over priced. Its a cool store to browse around and waste time in while walking around Deep Ellum drunk on a weekend, but that's all I can recommend because the store is a waste of time. There are plenty of online shops and resellers holding on to better items, and apps like Depop to sell your items at reasonable price.
