I'm happy to report that I was "disappointed" because I was greeted by a security officer who explained the check in ticketing process. After sitting down with my ticket for approx. 5 minutes, my number came up! The lovely lady at Window 11 was cheerful, professional, and answered all my questions and gave me the documents I needed! Thank you lovely SSA lady :) All in 10 minutes time!!! WOWWOWWOW!

I have never been more disgusted in my life. She asked me if I was blind and that that was the employee parking lot. I told her that I was dropping someone off and that there was no need to be rude and disrespectful to me because I was not treating her that way. She then proceeded to tell me that she was from Russia (which I have no idea how that was relevant) and that I had no right speaking back to her. She said that she was going to lunch and that when she came back I'm going to see how she is going to sabotage my friends claim. She then got in her white Lexus and drove off. It has a great selection of books for all ages. I like the section of "you're in luck" of books that are new releases. You can borrow for these two weeks. A computer room with 15 computers is available for the public. There are also about 10 more computers in the library area. The staff here are amazing. They are very helpful and pleasant.

Troy explained how they were supporting the house while this department was on a call fighting a blaze since early morning. I honor and respect those who serve their community with such bravery. True Heroes! They don't just fight fires, they provide medical treatment and rescue people from dangerous circumstances. They train on fire safety as well as the importance of properly installing smoke alarms. We talked about the Honolulu Fire Department and how the trucks are distinct. Each station has its unique design and features based on location. I didn't realize that you needed so much training for the various sections of the fire truck. I really enjoyed this visit the most.

We rented the Rathskeller Space for our cocktail hour and the Barthelmes Auditorium (14 hours) for our reception. The space is very DIY. They can provide fold up chairs or either 7 ft rectangular or 6 foot round tables but you set these up yourself! (We rented chiavari chairs from South Jersey Party Rentals). They also have fridge space and a kitchen for your caterer. It is a lot more affordable than other venues in the city; it also comes with a gated parking lot. The venue is also handicap accessible with an elevator to all the floors which we really appreciated.
