After my nails were painted the ladies moved on to the new customers. A man took over for the remainder. He was very inconsistent with both of us. He rushed and had to be told what had not been preformed. Very unprofessional!!!! As a couple we've always had our services preformed at the same time. My granddaughter at age 7 could have painted my toenails better than what I paid to have done.

There was a lady sitting in a pedicure chair, she worked there. She was barefoot, feet propped and on her phone. She looked at me like I was interrupting something and mumbling rudely can I help you. The visit started fine, the lady at the front greeted us, she looked at my nails and asked if I needed an extension and I said no, because my nails grow fast and they're already long enough to just get dip on them and they'll look like I have extensions on. Also, I am careful about my nails, I take really good care of them and I like keeping my own nails. Well, short story long... I will never be coming back here, I had a horrible experience with the girl that did my nails, no only did she file the dip I already had on 10x times but put them in acetone 10x too. I mean yeah, you are supposed to soak them for a while in a warm bowl with acetone to get as much dip of the nail as you can before you work on them but the times and the way she did them were definitely unnecessary. While using the electric filer she did not hold my finger which we all know what that does. She messed up my nails, MY REAL NAILS. She had no care for them, which I understand - they're not yours, why should you care but when you're doing it for a living, you definitely should. I never got her name and I'm actually glad I never asked (if so, her name would be in bold capital letters, to make sure she gets the respect I received during my visit). Horrible work, horrible ethic, horrible service. She was the youngest out of them, kept her AirPods on and it seemed like she was on the phone as she kept talking and laughing to herself. I asked for square shaped w a brown dip and white chrome on top - that's originally what I already had on - you'd think that she would know what I was expecting the results to be - but like I said, she had no care whatsoever and did a nasty job on my nails. She complained that I already had too much dip on my nails from the previous place I had gone to and made my nails so thin that only TWO DAYS had gone by and they were already chipping and breaking. They charged me $60 - overcharge for clearly nothing. I honestly walked out of there furious, almost crying. I didn't want to pay that amount, not after the experience but I also did not want to cause a scene so I swiped the card and left. DEFINITELY NEVER EVER COMING BACK, they don't even deserve a star.

Had a small area that had to be addressed, and I had to return to see Dr Digby, he was just as good. Took his time, made sure I knew what was the plan. The waiting room is always packed, and the wait times are extremely long--frequently much longer than the actual time spent with the provider. Once you finally get back, you are rushed through in under 15 minutes. On top of the long waits, the facility is visibly dirty and does not meet the standards of cleanliness you would expect from a medical office. The only positive part of this practice is Melissa. She is the only professional, helpful, and kind person in the building. It is a shame she is the only one there who seems to care about doing their job correctly. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a cleaner, more attentive, and more accurate medical provider.

With this they can see in your eye without causing those bad side effects! It's truly amazing. The eye exam itself was wonderful, any questions I had were answered kindly and thoroughly.
