Dr. Hood is known to be just a "script writer" & does not give his patient the time of day,…read morehorrible bed side manner. He has lost many patients due to his nurse staff, they are known to be rude & biased. There also seems to be a new nurse every other month because they quit or either are fired, who knows! A family member of mine was a patient of Dr. Hood's & ended up leaving because Dr. Hood was very uneducated about the prescription he had been writing for several years & nearly caused permanent damage due to his incompetence. I would not recommend anyone to go to this doctor, I wouldn't even go see him for a paper cut!

The waiting room is always packed, and the wait times are extremely long--frequently much longer than the actual time spent with the provider. Once you finally get back, you are rushed through in under 15 minutes. On top of the long waits, the facility is visibly dirty and does not meet the standards of cleanliness you would expect from a medical office. The only positive part of this practice is Melissa. She is the only professional, helpful, and kind person in the building. It is a shame she is the only one there who seems to care about doing their job correctly. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a cleaner, more attentive, and more accurate medical provider.

Love her trust her to the moon n back
