Mat and Chris were brilliant in laying the carpet. They worked as a great team to very high standard. Determined to lay the carpet to perfection. They are both a great asset to Carpet Court and deserve high recognition for the extreme hard labour they put into their work. Not only did they lay the carpet BUT also moved very heavy furniture. Carpet installation was very shoddy from day one. Carpet layer has returned 3 times in attempt to repair visible joins and pulls after only 5 months. Carpet Court Penrith are refusing to now repair under warranty saying that it is from no fault from the installer and advised us to not vacuum over the joins to prevent pulling. These people are a joke and a bunch of crooks. Do yourself a favour and give Carpet Court Penrith a wide berth. read more
