I rang them over 10 times, told them on the ninth time that I no longer believe their promises but David 100% guaranteed that he would have it removed by a certain date. When that date came and went, I rang him up and he was rude to me and hung up on me. Don't believe a word these guys say. They are rude and unreliable.

Whenever I called or went into the shop, someone was willing and able to help me quickly. If they were with customers, they would acknowledge me and give me an indication of how long they might be. Whilst I could have got it a little cheaper at the big chains (e.g. Reece), he was willing to match their prices within reason and so everyone was happy. I got everything I needed in one place, they got all my business. He was also able to work with my contractors to have what they needed on-site, when they needed it. I would recommend this branch to anyone. (Note: I also went to the Crows Nest store a couple of times to look at a model of basin they didn't have in the Drummoyne store and didn't get acknowledged once!)

We live in a unit in Potts Point and while my wife was taking a shower, water started overflowing from the drain hole near our vanity unit. It started heading along the floor towards our lounge room and we started to panic. We managed to hold the flow back by damming it with some old towels. Brett arrived about 60mins later and everything was fixed within a couple of hours. He wasn't cheap, but it was an emergency and he got us out of trouble. The source of the leak was coming from the gutters that had not been cleaned. He was able to clear the drains and seal other points of interest and confirm that we were now water tight. He advised that they can provide a maintenance cleaning of my gutters will help reduce this from happening again!
