The team here is professional and competent. If you struggle with the super-tight normal MRI, this open MRI is for you. I have severe issues with being restricted, not so much tight spaces, but being locked into place is an issue. Here, the bore is really large, and I was not locked into place. I could have easily gotten out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that my appointment was at 6:20 pm, and I didn't enter the machine until almost 7:30 pm. read more

Wonderful experience! The gentleman who did my MRI was so nice. He cared about my injuries and was compassionate while doing my MRI.

They sent my physician wrong ct scan. Thankfully, my scan was not critical but it has been 2 1/2 weeks and I still do not have any results. It appears that they do not care that this mistake was made. As a lay person this could have tragic results if in a critical result was sent to the wrong physician. I recommend that if you use this facility (which i strongly recommend against) that you check with your Doctor to make sure that he has the correct scan. read more

If you're claustrophobic, this is where you need to go. From check-in to check-out, every team member was excellent! I was made to feel like I was their only patient. Regarding my claustrophobia, they were professional, encouraging and understanding. I would never have been able to complete my MRI scans without Scott and 'the blond' nurse!! Horrible staff! More in particular Kerry(imagining specialist or the like) was awful! She had no care or concern about me waiting well over 30-40 mins past my appt time. Ratger she had excuses. No apology until I checked her! Her clear disregard for my time after waiting 40mins after my appt time to be seen. Very rude and stated that there was an emergency before me. Regardless of that, where is the staff or front office courtesy to let you know that they are running behind?!? Complete disrespect for a patients time. As if we don't have other things to do in a day. An appt time is just that. If Pensacola MRI can't meet this, it should be advised to the patient especially if going on 30-40mins past their appt time. The staff should not be so rude and act as if"oh well" I suggest some training in being mindful of the patient's time and not just assume we have all day to be there. Kerry was very rude. Once I advised her of that, her tone changed and offered an apology. But it was too late for me. I will never go there again and will NOT recommend to anyone else. Plus the restroom was unkept, nasty. Front office staff was equally as rude! read more

The people working here are very nice and we were happy with that part of it. However, the billing has become a nightmare. They want you to pay the entire amount claiming "your insurance notified them that you have no coverage with them". My insurance hasn't received anything from them. Getting ahold of their billing department which is in Tampa is impossible since there isn't a phone number to call just hours that they are open. I finally got a number from the local center and it is a calling center. I asked for the person I was referred to and it went to voice mail. Two calls and no return call. read more

My review is more about getting to their office than the good service once inside. Signage was very vague in the parking lot but even worse, when arriving after sunset, it is VERY dark. The front door of the office faces the green space in the complex and it has zero lights so nearly impossible to find the office. Even the tech inside mentioned that they had complained about the outside lighting. read more

My first visit here and I've been to a number of other similar facilities over the last 16 years (getting your neck broken will mandate that) and I must say that this place rocks! The referral and appointment made by my neurologist was seamless and I even got a call a day earlier offering an appointment because they had a cancellation, nice Upon arrival at this lovely modern complex I observed very robust Covid-19 protocols and my honey sat outside the door in a breezeway, by choice, while I checked in. They took my license and insurance card for photo copying and then handed me digital tablet. I breezed through all the questions, digitally signed it and returned to the pleasant young lady. Within minutes I had made my copay and was called back to have my open MRI administered. I was attending to by an excellent technologist named Donna. She was professional and very friendly. After showing me to the secured locker for my wallet, watch and all metals she asked me about all the things required to proceed to assure that a bullet, transplant or other foreign metal object wasn't violently and abruptly ripped from my body, always prudent. Then she put me on the sliding gurney at this very large opening MRI. It's the biggest one I have ever seen and she confirmed that it is in fact the largest type in use currently. She placed a pillow wedge under my knee and asked me if I'd like to listen to music during the procedure, silly question because I listen to music all the time, and asked for my preference. I replied jazz and she placed a comfy headset on my and gave me a panic button in case I decided to flip out Daffy Duck style and needed to be ejected top gun style. LOL Donna would talk to me a number of times throughout the process explaining the next several durations of scans and noise levels as well as she regularly encouraged me by telling me I was doing great. She was truly the essence of what a great tech and kind human being should be. Huge kudos to Donna and all the folks at this facility. Bottom line: These folks are on the ball with a professional and friendly staff with all the modern tools and technologies. No problem with 5 stars and strong recommendation! read more

One of the best experiences I have had at a medical facility. The staff all did a wonderful job doing my CT scan and ultrasound.

Injected contrast material in my arm after missing a vein. The tech was very inexperienced and didn't want to move his machine to use a different arm. They never followed up with me as my arm got worse I reached out to them and they blew me off. Now I have permanent damage to my right arm. These are the worst Radiologist in Florida. This was supposed to be a simple MRI and now I have permanent pain due to their negligence. read more
