DO NOT GO HERE. READ UNTIL THE END. PENSACOLA TATTO STUDIO 2. I went in here on 10/20/22 two days after my birthday, confidentially knowing the tattoo I wanted WHICH WAS THREE words, not even an inch long. How could they mess that up? 1st red flag was that I had to pay an overpriced amount for the tattoo I didn't even receive yet. Then the 2nd red flag was that I wanted it in red ink which was said 5-6 times before the tattoo and told another couple times laying in the tattoo chair. I was told because of my "darker complexion" that getting a red tattoo was not a good idea. I already have red tattoos so I know that's not an issue. So because we had to have a whole debate about the color I wanted, everybody including the tattoo artist AND THE MANAGER knew I wanted my tattoo in red. I reiterated before the tattoo artist started and said I wanted my tattoo in red just so he knew, and HE SAID "Yes I got you! They told me up front" Mind you this was done on the back of my neck so I could not see what he was doing--ONLY TO FINISH AND SEE THAT MY TATTOO WAS IN BLACK INK. After it was done I was going to speak to the manager and the artist with the dreads begged me not to and offered me a tattoo outside of the shop. The entire shop knew that I had limited amount of time so I was not able to stay longer and figure out the situation right then. BUT when I came back literally the next day, the artist tried to stop me before I walked in because he already knew why I was there. When I talked to an employee there that remembered me and explained the situation they tried to literally gaslight me and say that I never asked for it in red INCLUDING THE ARTIST. They offered no remedy and denied me a refund for a PERMANENT tattoo that I made clear that I didn't want in black. It took me going through the Better Business Bureau and my bank to get a refund. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GOING HERE.....don't. read more

Peyton was amazing with piercings! I went in to get a new stud put in because my old one fell out. Peyton was ready to help me. She was knowledgeable about piercings and their care. She was so helpful and gentle with my fresh piercing hole. She even gave me a bottle of cleaner for a lower price. Overall, the studio was amazing, very clean and professional. Made an appointment at their Fairfield location left a deposit came in for the appointment early the artist was 2 hours late appointment was for 2 didn't get started till 5 was expecting to be charged 100 per hour the wife was the one getting tattooed took 45 minutes per tattoo was expecting to be charged about 200 instead was charged 500 for 2 tattoos that are literally the size of silver dollars if you do that math it comes out to be 333 an hour far cry from the 100 dollar an hour as advertised if you aren't going to charge what is printed and what people were told don't just charge whatever you feel like after the work is done that's shady and unethical that's like running a oil change special for 19.95 and then you are charged 150 because your car doesn't fit in the 19.95 category I've seen it through the years and it's not the way to do business definitely will not recommend it nor ever return read more

Honestly my Tatoo experience here was not good , they are finicky to deal with , took several trips from nas 5+ at a (45 min ) drive to get a black tattoo right, all while expecting top tier prices , ended up getting a 300-400 dollar Tatoo for 700 dollars , and months later I'm having to get a different artist to touch it up. My advice for you , especially for those coming from any military background, is to save your money and spend it at a different shop. We drove 45 mins thinking this was going to be a decent experience but unfortunately was far from it . They run a snach and grab artists don't want to be there and manager is pushy will try to get a deposit as soon as you walk in, making promises his artist won't keep , and once you put the deposit down customer service falters tremendously. read more

Apparently the only way to get management or anyone for that matter at this shop to pay attention to you is to leave a bad review. We came in on Valentines Day of 2018 and were told to come back the next day. I was told Courtney was great even though she had only been tattooing a year , 2 most at this point & went to her IG. Okay, fine so we drove over an hour back to this studio so I could get a very simple tattoo. I was told it would be $150 for a tattoo of a small bookshelf on my shoulder. I initially didn't want color but the artist upon my asking her opinion said color would look better so I trusted her. During the first visit, I was told I was bleeding too much. Okay, fine. Never had this issue with my 6 other tattoos but stuff happens. So I left with a tattoo the size of a jumbo bandaid unfinished with missing holes of color. I already had a bad taste as the artist seemed to not care at all or that her boyfriend (I guess?) impatiently asked during the tattooing how long she'd be. I was told to contact her via IG to come back in and have it finished. Fast foreword to 2019 January when I was finally able to get a date to come back. I go back thinking "yay! Finally my tattoo won't look terrible." I will say Courtney was nicer this time and more personable. However, when I looked at the tattoo after driving 2 hours to have it finally finished she had added detailing without communicating it with me. I actually (thankfully) really liked the extras but what I don't understand is why the original tattoo wasn't finished first. So I let it heal and then begin the process of trying to reach out again because once again I was told I could come back in for another "touch up." I messaged on IG AS I WAS TOLD and emailed. No response. As most people would I was getting fed up with this nonsense, so I messaged the Facebook page thinking surely they have management or an owner running it. However, they allowed the artist to unprofessionally respond to me and also imply I had only reached out 4 days ago via IG and didn't I email her? Why yes. Yes I did email you. But you didn't respond. Frankly, I shouldn't have to chase you down when you told me to reach out on IG. Then was told "You're over thinking it and let her know when I wanted to come back in." I obviously didn't want her doing any more work on me as she was clearly pissed off and told me I'm over thinking something permanently on my body. I was also told another artist would assist me. I wrote back 9 days ago suggesting 2 I would like to finish the color that should've been done over a year ago and also offered to pay for another tattoo at the same time so they're not wasting their time fixing work they didn't do. Then I wrote back 2 days ago. No response. I have spent $190 including cash tips given for an unfinished tattoo and no one here gives a crap. The black lines in some of the books are barely visible and the coloring is patchy with whole sections void of color. It's very frustrating because her IG is full of gorgeous work but I guess she only puts full effort into her designs. It's not lost on me she didn't photograph my tattoo. She knows it looks bad. I will include a pic so you can see what a tattoo that's less than 2 years old and has been "touched up" looks like. I will now have to pay another shop to finish filling in the color on a very small tattoo. This shop is unprofessional and apathetic. I would think twice about getting a tattoo here even though there are many talented artists because they simply don't care. I won't be shocked if the artist responds on here too and at this point I don't even care. I wouldn't come here again if I was paid too. Which I'm sure is exactly what she wants based on the apathy with which I was treated. Damn shame too because I really liked her designs. read more
